酒店服務很棒，入住前會打問候電話問需求，熱情貼心，房間衞生乾淨！帶着孩子過來住的，退房還送了伴手禮，還給孩子送了小玩意兒，感覺很暖心！走的時候東西忘拿了，打電話過去前台收好了過去拿，好評！

設施：設施很新很有科技感，床墊睡得十分舒服。
衞生：房間非常乾淨舒適。
環境：周邊就是黃鶴樓，武大，酒店環境非常棒，一樓前台可以拍照打卡。
服務：服務這就要重點説了，本來以為酒店在5.1比同類型周邊酒店都便宜，以為會有什麼不好的地方，結果發現是個寶藏酒店，服務是我近幾年來遇到的最温暖舒心的酒店，一到大堂有人迎接，笑容滿面，舉止温柔。趕走了我一天的疲憊，重點點贊。走的時候還貼心的給我水和小禮物，太貼心啦。
