必須提前做好攻略，因為我們去的時候呢，是陰天加雨天，所以有點浪費了，這大好的風景度假村裡配備還是挺方便的，有觀光車接送，管家服務也是很貼心，比如我們去到早餐店，然後發現沒有雨傘管家也會派人給我們送過來。
最後我還落下了東西，在那邊管家第一時間也是聯繫了，我説給我寄快遞
這一趟旅行中有驚無險，我在餐廳裏吃了個雞翅卡到喉嚨了，聯繫了管家去了醫務室，最後還是管理人員，鵬哥帶我去的醫院陪着我一個下午一直幫我緩解焦慮，去幫我買葯，十分感謝在旅途中遇到這麼貼心的管家

環境不錯，晚上咖啡館還有駐唱，管家也是有求必應，如果能加上排隊綠色通道會更有體驗感，建議增加無限的遊玩項目，目前無限次數的項目有點雞肋，飛天魔毯排隊太長了，萌寵樂園性價比不高，小火車一般般吧

服務態度很好，就在景區裏面，房間很大，我們增加了一個大人，三大一小也睡得下，有專門的停車地方，在人多的時候開進去很方便。各方面設施都不錯，可以喂小松鼠，就住在森林裏的感覺。

作為民宿，房間衞生相當不錯了。整體設計為獨帳篷樹屋，松鼠的跑道連結了所有的房間，每一間房的陽台上都有一間松鼠的小屋。可惜松鼠膽子小，我們來的又是雨天，剛一靠近就跑了。管家木木在入住前就聯繫我，提前溝通入住流程。下雨天工作人員把傘給了我們，自己淋雨幫我們拿行李去房間。點個大大的贊！其他問題管家回覆很快，整體入住體驗還是非常好的。去餐廳的標識再明顯一點就更好了，找餐廳的過程，如果沒有長者，衹有我和娃，其實也不錯，感覺陪娃玩“森裏迷路”遊戲，沿途領略森林美景。
草原很大，感覺想深入遊玩一天玩不完…….假期人多，我們不想排隊，體驗的項目有限。不過玻璃漂流和五彩滑道有一點刺激，適合帶10歲以上的寶寶遊玩。雲中戰歌有出彩的地方，還是值得一看的。酒店的套票樂園無限次坐小火車太方便了，節省了很多體力……..
娃沒玩夠，約好了暑假再來……

環境沒毛病可挑，服務也很好，管家木木回覆消息很快，有求必應。小朋友非常喜歡房間裏的小帳篷和各種玩偶，小松鼠很可愛但警惕性很高有點怕人。早餐挺豐盛，淡季能做到這樣很不錯。送的不限次數小火車和不限次的上山飛天魔毯性價比很高。花木蘭的演出票也是贈送的，很好看很值得！如果以後送的遊玩項目能更多點就好了，最好能全覆蓋！畢竟這個價位的酒店增值服務要做的更好才行。
