酒店位於市中心，交通便利，周邊有多個公交站點和地鐵站，出行非常便捷。
酒店房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，一覺睡到天亮。
酒店服務員態度非常好，特別是前台的小余和小楊還有小玉、羅經理和劉經理十分熱情周到，讓人感到非常貼心。
點名表揚酒店的焦主任，專門為我們詳細介紹各處景點，比網上攻略細緻貼心多了，並且看我們老兩口歲數大了還專門告訴我們退房可以開車送到周邊的地鐵站和武昌火車站🚉，真的方便了我們出行。酒店的各位員工熱情友好，服務專業周到，對酒店感到非常滿意。

交通十分便利，去碼頭 地鐵站步行五分鐘之內，
整體服務意識比較強，早餐如果有荷包蛋和蔬菜撒拉就更好了。

酒店位置太好了，出行非常便利，坐地鐵五號線一出來就看到網紅打卡黃鶴樓的紅牆。第一天下午到了以後，接受前台服務員建議在房間稍微休息一下，下午五點不到出門，酒店過街就是武漢革命博物館，走20分鐘不到就來到曇華林，玩了曇華林可以經過娘道街，繼續前行夜觀黃鶴樓和長江大橋，晚上9點左右來到户部巷吃美食，從户部巷幾分鐘就走回酒店。酒店12樓餐廳可以看到黃鶴樓，晚上10點前可以遠眺黃鶴樓燈光。從酒店到黃鶴樓也就500米左右。酒店工作人員非常熱情，離開時還開車送我到地鐵站。房間衞生乾淨。服務管家隨時聯繫隨時解決問題。下次再來肯定還是選擇這家酒店。
