Popular Wuhan 4-star Hotels

What a lovely hotel in the middle of the busy streets of Jianghan Road. We were very surprised with the size of thia hotel room. It has a king size bed and 2 single beds. Neds are very comfortable and soft as well. It seems like this is a family room. It was too big for my husband and I but we truly enjoyed this hotel room. We only stayed for two nights and how we wished we stayed longer. The concierge are very helpful too.

In order to go to Wuhan to eat delicious food, I temporarily decided to stay in Wuhan for one night. The staff who checked in were very enthusiastic. It was a bit unpleasant to enter the room and bathroom. I told the front desk and dealt with it in time. The check-in experience was very good. The only regret is that the earphones were forgotten In the hotel, the earphone positioning has not been moved in the hotel so far, and I have sent photos to the hotel but have not been able to find it... I stayed for one night in a hurry and lost more than 1,300 earphones... I am very grateful to Lisa at the front desk of the hotel for helping me with it I went to look for headphones, although I couldn't find them in the end, thank her~

This is the first time I stayed at Wyndham Garden in Hankou. Let me talk about the advantages first. The decoration is definitely beyond the standard. As a four-star garden, the hardware in the early stage is absolutely full of sincerity. The room is large in size and French style, suitable for girls to take pictures and check in. However, the binding force of the brand on the hotel is indeed limited, and the standards and details need to be improved. The carpet at the entrance is uneven, and I almost sprained my feet; the room card elevator can't be swiped; the wine glasses are dirty and haven't been replaced for a long time; the corridor lights are a bit dim, the room is hard to find, and the signs are not obvious; the hotel has been in business for three years. However, all the employees in the store have a good attitude. When I left the store, I added their contact information and said that they would improve and make suggestions. It will definitely improve next time you stay, and look forward to your next stay.

The hall is designed with a reading gallery. There is emergency defibrillation equipment at the front desk. These are quite unique, and the restaurant is more atmospheric. The overall hotel environment feels relatively clean. The quality of toiletries in the room is acceptable. However, the bath towels in the room were not sealed, the towels were seriously off-line, and the whiteness was not enough. The hotel service is not proactive enough and there is no proactive greeting. These are not in line with the requirements of a four-star hotel.

Check-in experience: Advantages: convenient transportation, nice room design, considerate and warm service Disadvantages: I heard that this store has only been open for a short time, but the sanitary condition is worrying. ps: Thank you to the staff for the small gift🎁

The environment of the hotel is very good, very clean, the check-in at the front desk is very fast, the response is also very timely, and the decoration is also very good. It was a pleasant stay experience. I recommend it. I will choose it next time~

📍The location where average not too close to the hotspot while somehow still being close in a way if that make sense 🚇It’s easy to access there is a bus stop just in front the hotel but taxi or self driving might be the best way to go . There is nothing really shocking from the outside but from the inside is another story , the staff was really nice and welcoming . About the room really it felt like those upscale hotels but half the price the breakfast was good it was a pleasant stay , they have a robot who delivered the food haven’t seen that in the Hilton 🤔

I went to Wuli to see my children. On the first day, I chose the hotel closest to the school. The experience was not very good. On the second day, I chose the Fairfield Hotel. I was not disappointed. I felt very good as soon as I entered the room. It was very clean and warm. The details of the room are very good. The light shines right on the table, which is perfect for children to study. The shower has a large amount of water and the bath is very comfortable. In the evening, there are free porridge, vegetarian buns, vegetable salads, and fruits. After eating, you will feel comfortable. I slept until I woke up naturally, and the breakfast was also good. I told my children that I would stay here every time I go there!

This hotel was ideally situated near Dazhi Rd metro station. It was comfortable, clean and tidy. The bathroom was huge! The service was fantastic as they allowed us to change our booking due to a train cancellation. Thank you Yang. I would not bother to order the breakfast as it was very simple and a pre-prepared package.
