We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Wuhan to celebrate a birthday! The Guest Service Manager, Irina Guo, was extremely helpful and accommodating to make the experience extra special. The food and service at the hotel restaurant and bar, 1907, was first rate. Would strongly recommend a cocktail and dinner set. The service staff was made aware of the birthday by Ms.Guo, and Josie greeted us with a ”Happy Birthday” accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. The breakfast was also first rate with pretty much anything you could want. Following breakfast, we were greeted by another guest service staff member, Guillaume, who ensured we had everything we needed. It was truly the pinnacle of hotel service! 5 stars.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality. This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence. I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed. We will be always stay at this hotel whenever we come to Wuhan.

I brought my children to Wuhan for a trip and found that the hotels in Wuhan are now doing good hygiene. The newly opened hotels, the environment and facilities are praised and praised! Morandi has a special and elegant style. The suites booked are the same as the pictures. Adults and children like it. Except for the location is slightly off, the whole is quite satisfied. There are no restaurants around, so it is more suitable for self-driving or car-hailing. If you don't care about the location but have high requirements for the hotel environment, you can try this one.

The owner of this accommodation is kind and he picked up both of us plus three others from Wuhan airport to this township. There's no charges for the pick up service. However, he only does one early morning trip at 6.00am to drop off his clients the next day. There's no problem at all because the bus service to the airport is just across the road near to this homestay accommodation. The room is clean and big with simple basic amenities. Great stopover overnight stay.

The service attitude is very good, the owner is very enthusiastic, the room is very clean, there is parking space and wireless internet, it is really good for friends who come to the airport to choose

The customer service was great. I really appreciated the two workers at the desk who really tried to allow me to stay. The rules aren't always clear with foreigners being allowed to stay but they contacted the right people, found information and helped me check in. It made me really happy that they went to such lengths for me to have a place to stay

There are public toilets and public bathrooms, smart toilets, hair dryers, and public slippers for bathing in the bathrooms. There is a place to hang clothes. The room is generally very quiet, and the roommates are not noisy. The pillow and quilt have no peculiar smell, and it is very comfortable to sleep. However, the side of the upper bunk is basically the same height as the mattress, and it feels easy to fall off, which is too dangerous. The stairs to the upper bunk are also a bit narrow and difficult to climb, and the bed sheets have to be laid by yourself. The toilet in the bathroom is a bit dirty, the curtain in the bathroom is a bit dirty
