I stayed during the National Day holiday. Before I went there, I read online reviews that some guests reported that the hotel facilities were old, dusty, and mosquito-infested. I hesitated at the time, but after checking in, I was no longer worried. The location is excellent: it is just above CapitaLand Plaza. There are various teas and coffees in the square such as Chayanyuese, Grandpa's Not Making Tea, etc. There is also an AEON supermarket, which is very convenient. The entrance to the subway station is right at the door, and there is also a bus stop where it is convenient to take a taxi. Hema can also deliver. We booked a total of 3 rooms, each with different room types. Room 1019 is slightly larger, with a separate laundry room and a clothes rack. The hotel is designed with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, and the master bedroom has a separate bathroom. The other room is a hall sandwiched between two bedrooms, and the bathroom is in the two bedrooms. The complimentary steak meal also came with matching butter. On the second night of our stay, we were given two more portions. The hotel was so welcoming.

This is a little bit harsh in the hotel, but had paid extra for the executive sweet, only to be told after I checked in that all the facilities were closed. I don't live very far from this hotel, but was hoping to enjoy the spa and the executive lounge after a football tournament close by. All the facilities, spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna were all closed. Even the executive lounge was off limits. This was not mentioned when booking and I was unable to get any refund. It's a lovely hotel, but they really struggle to clarify if anything is actually operational post covid.

First of all, the hotel is very cost-effective, the location is great, and the breakfast is delicious It’s not good to say that the diamond bonus was not available at first. I asked them to check before they said it was available. The room upgrade showed confirmation, but there was no room on site. In the end, I was too lazy to bother and didn’t upgrade. It was said that check-out at 2 o’clock would take half an hour to clean. I want to say that I didn't know if I could clean it up in half an hour, so there were all kinds of hair in my room...the toilet wrench was still loose. However, given the price and age, if you are too demanding, don’t stay here.

設施：停車場位置很多，電梯能上一樓前台。空調製冷效果差，大半夜熱醒，還非常吵，以為有老鼠，沐浴間堵得厲害，不想折騰就算了。 衞生：阿姨的工作很認真負責，所以衞生很好。該有的都有，第二天阿姨也補充了。 環境：除了樓層高，毫無視野，與房間名稱相對應算是符合的詞衹有俯瞰，其他就麼得了，下面一大塊工地，花了攜程權益升級的房型其實就是沒升，因為點評裏面的特惠房就是我這房，特惠房比我這房便宜了幾十元，然後酒店客服一直説幫我的觀景房升級了，説別人特惠房不是我這個房間樣子，合計就是我訂的觀景房升級後等於別人的特惠房，別跟我説什麼因為別人特惠房看房間緊張程度安排，不是我不想換酒店，而是我不想折騰，已經玩了兩個禮拜玩到武漢的很累。我每個月出去玩兩個多禮拜，這幾年玩了半個中國，一個低於4分的評價都沒有，因為別人房型照片和實物相符，衞生和設施啥的我是看價格和地理位置作評論，玩了兩趟西藏條件夠差了，幾百元也有比招待所差，但是人家條件擺在那，實物和照片一模一樣，真實。 服務：服務不專業，先來後到的禮貌總得懂，前面的男人即使已經來過後折返，但是我們已經在等很久，要麼你們告訴我他剛已經來過了能不能先幫他們把事情解決了，要麼就先幫我辦理入住，那個男客人不懂禮貌，你們應該懂，他不跟我説一句我剛來過不好意思，你們也應該説，而不是誰沖過來一頓説就幫誰辦理，也沒想過跟我們講一句抱歉稍等一下。武漢是大城市，禮多人不怪用在什麼行業都不為過。

I stayed for eight nights and it was overall good. There is a Qiaokou subway station nearby and the apartment is in a large building. The loft area is quite large and very clean. I didn't expect that there is a disposable toilet seat! I bring it with me every time I go out. The bad thing is that the air conditioner on the first floor is very noisy and must be turned off when sleeping. It is also very cold on the first floor and the heating is not hot even if it is turned on all day long. This may be because the hot air rises, but the second floor is very warm. The beauty at the front desk is very nice, and the cleaning lady is also very meticulous in her work. There is a washing machine with dryer, which is always useful, and the refrigerator is also used.
