衞生：十分不乾淨 廁所臟的一塌糊塗 拖鞋都發黑了還在用 衞生間有煙頭煙灰都沒搞乾淨（我不抽煙）我兩天想洗個澡看這麼臟都噁心不敢洗
設施：太舊了 有心理準備 沒想到這麼舊 開關都壞成這個樣子沒誰了 空調也是衹能調成送風 第二天還打不開了
環境：味道有點大
服務：就是那空調向前台反應跟我講他也沒辦法 我説下午沒開我熱的沒睡着 又熱又悶又有味道 他説那空調説中央空調串線了 別的房間開製冷制熱我就開不了了 我説不行下午沒開沒睡着就算了 晚上我要休息不開不行 他説沒辦法 要拉着我去到別人房間敲門調空調 我説 憑什麼拉我去 我來你這裏消費了 這種事情不應該你給我去解決嗎 讓我一個顧客跟另外一個顧客幫酒店解決問題過分了吧 你給我換個房間吧 他又説沒有 🤬🤬🤬
