"This is the first time in my life I've given a bad hotel review; I simply couldn't tolerate it anymore—the experience was outrageously bad! Before booking, although I saw many reviews mentioning unpleasant odors in the rooms, I was still understanding of a new hotel and thought I could tolerate it for the unbeatable river view. However, reality far exceeded my expectations. Even after more than a month of opening, the pungent smell was still there. Not only was the room smelly, but the smell in the hallways was so strong it stung my eyes. For a hotel of this level, such a strong odor after being open for so long is truly unacceptable. However, I was somewhat prepared for this, so I could barely tolerate it. And then came the even more outrageous problem! A gym and swimming pool are basically standard amenities for hotels of this level, and the hotel booking page did indeed advertise a pool, gym, and towel lounge. After checking in, I discovered that the hotel doesn't have its own gym! The so-called facilities are shared with a gym next door. Guests who want to swim or work out have to go to the gym's front desk to register their name and room number, and even leave their hotel room card there before they can swim or exercise! Putting aside the fact that the gym and swimming pool were overcrowded and offered no enjoyment, being required to hand over room keys and personal check-in information to a completely unrelated external organization is an absurd practice I've never experienced before. The hotel completely disregards guest privacy and safety! Spending thousands of dollars on a hotel room only to receive this kind of service, I lost all interest in appreciating the river view I was looking forward to. A terrible experience from start to finish, extremely disappointing, and I would never recommend it."

"I checked into the hotel on October 3. I didn’t read the bad reviews before, so I fell into a trap! Regarding the hotel's facilities, the water in the bathtub turned out to be rusty green water. The waiter came in and said it was a problem with the water tower on the roof. Later, the male manager came in and said it was a problem with the lighting, but the water tower was fine. The two people's statements were inconsistent. He even scooped up the water with his hands and said it was no problem. His attitude was very bad. He also told me to call the police. He did not want to solve the problem at all! They just open their eyes and refuse to admit their mistakes. I cannot praise the service of such a hotel! This comment is for everyone’s reference to avoid making the same mistake again! Picture 1 and Picture 2 are the results of two times. My experience actually said that Picture 1 is caused by the color of the light. I am really speechless! I won’t stay there next time, I suggest you think twice before you go!"
