服務：必須要提這個服務問題！
前台一個戴眼鏡的高個子男工作人員態度冷漠，專業度低的好像是第一天上班。
對客人完全不打招呼，直接很隨意的在旁邊走過，很低聲的説，這邊。
辦理過程中，我問了一句是我是會員，能不能升個房。其他酒店前台最起碼會説，我們給你看下。
結果這位哥，直接一句，那你要什麼房呢？語氣非常差。而且，非常不專業，會員升房不就是往上升一個房型嗎？還來反問我。問完才自己點開系統説，已經給你升過了啊，我説我不知道已經升過。（其實是未入住前，一個小姐姐打電話來提前問了一些要求，態度非常好，可能又因為我是會員，默默給我升房了，但她沒有在電話裏説）
然後，我們開車來的，問他酒店是否要錄入車牌，他説掃碼，明天走的時候掃。
我説因為晚上我們要開車出去，現在就掃下，結果對方再次反問我，今天出去？明天走的時候再掃，就是不拿二維碼出來。還是旁邊一位小哥主動拿出來的。真的無語了！我們行動還要聽你的嗎
最後，掃碼收按金，也不説收多少，上來就掃碼，還是我問的，才回答具體收多少。
就不提全程辦理時，語氣態度冷淡強硬，説話方式彷彿客人和他有過節。
本來對酒店設施和衞生都印象挺好，打電話詢問的小姐姐也態度非常好。甚至辦理那天，另一個矮一點的小哥，態度也温和。但完全被這個男前台一個人拖累。沒專業，沒態度！
