Let's talk about the general environment of the ancient town first. It is said that tickets are charged on holidays. Few shops are open at night, and there are few people in the morning. It is said that there are performances, but there is nothing suitable for children after looking at the program list. Many shops are closed, and the streets with closed doors can also show that they were once prosperous. It should be good.
Let's talk about the hotel. The room area is OK and the environment is generally good, but my child is afraid of the slide and thinks it is too steep. I tried it myself and it was true, so I lost one of the fun of booking this room.
The breakfast is really incomparable to star hotels. It is matched by the owner himself.
I saw the reviews before that the small animals that can be fed were only empty cages. There was a cat. The baby could only play with the cat for a while. On the way to the room, I had to pass the cat house. The smell almost made me faint.
There are also advantages. In terms of service, the boss contacted in advance. When I arrived, the boss went to the door to pick up the tickets in person. There were several times in the middle when the remote control and bed sheets were replaced. The boss solved it quickly. The owner of the B&B is indeed very responsive to the guests' service and has a very good attitude. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful, the terrace is quite comfortable, and it feels good to sit on the terrace as the sun sets.
Overall, I gave it a score of four, and I hope it can be better. Or the price can be more affordable.

GGuest UserWe travelled as a family of three. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean, and my child found the bed very cosy. The breakfast was also good. The location is less than a 10 minute drive from many amenities. There was plenty of parking in front of the hotel and in the underground car park. It was a great stay, if we are in town again we will come back.

I happened to see a small round table that was empty. I thought that my family could sit together and eat and chat without disturbing the diners around us, so I said to a male waiter who was cleaning the long dining table nearby: ”Hello, can you help us clean up this small round table?” Unexpectedly, this uncle waiter, who was about 50 years old, spoke very loudly and shouted in a very aggressive tone without turning his head: ”Aren't there seats here? Do you have to sit there?” I was completely stunned, but I said again gently: ”We want to sit here at the small round table, please clean it up.” Unexpectedly, he continued to say angrily: ”I will be there right away. Can't you see I am cleaning the table?” I was in a relaxed and happy mood in the morning, but I didn't expect to encounter such a violent waiter at breakfast time. I stood next to him with a plate in my hand, holding back my anger, and said: ”Why are you speaking so harshly on New Year's Day?” Unexpectedly, after hearing what I said, the waiter actually started to curse. When he went to the kitchen, he continued to curse other waiters in a loud voice and with very ugly words. The sound was so loud that I could hear it while I was dining in the restaurant. In order not to affect my family's mood for the New Year, I remained silent afterwards, but silence does not mean being without principles, and silence does not mean that I have no requirements for the quality of the hotel. I can understand the hard work and difficulties of the waiters working overtime during the Spring Festival, but I have been gentle and polite throughout, without any disrespect or offense. However, what happened at the All Seasons this morning did make me feel uncomfortable during my meal. I hope that my sincere and honest description and feedback can help the hotel improve its future service quality and service concept. DDanquxunhuanThe hotel is located on the pedestrian street in the city center. There is an underground parking lot. The entrance to the parking lot and the hotel entrance are very narrow. The facilities are relatively new. I don't know if it's the hotel's aromatherapy or something else, but the walkway and the room have a strong and unpleasant smell. There are two washing machines and two dryers in the laundry room. It was a bit late to use them. We had to queue for a long time. Several old ladies with low quality took more than an hour to wash clothes, which made many people behind us wait. Other surroundings and facilities are very good. It's convenient to travel around, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to attractions. You can take the light rail in more than ten minutes' walk. The only thing that makes me most uncomfortable is that there is only one room card. If you go out to buy things or do laundry, etc., and your family stays in the room, you have to go downstairs to find the front desk to help swipe the card, which is too troublesome. Moreover, this hotel has several hotels in one building, and the elevator is used too frequently, which makes me tired of waiting. The front desk was unwilling to provide a secondary card. I had to swipe the card when I washed and dried clothes, went downstairs to get something I bought, and took something out of the car. It was really annoying. Every time there was someone at the front desk asking questions, there were too many people at the elevator door. When the elevator arrived, the front desk was still busy serving guests. When I was done, the elevator was gone. It was a really bad experience. Later, I couldn't do laundry or go back to the room, so I had to take the stairs. It really ruined my impression.
