However, I personally feel there are some issues with the operational team. Firstly, the room lacked a laundry hamper, so there was nowhere to put dirty linens. Secondly, the automatic curtains didn't close properly and needed to be manually adjusted. Thirdly, the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, and the chef seemed to prepare the dishes quite carelessly. The bacon was deep-fried and chewy, and the breakfast sausages were also deep-fried, looking unappetizing and lacking juiciness. The noodle station didn't display its options clearly; I could only see a few toppings. I only realized there were rice noodles after I had already ordered regular noodles. Moreover, aside from the greeter, I didn't experience any other service or greetings, which is not what I'd expect from a five-star hotel. I hope management takes these points seriously.

The room was spacious and even had a separate walk-in closet. The AC provided good heating, and soundproofing was decent. However, none of the trash cans in the room had liners, which made me hesitant to throw anything away for fear of dirtying them. I hope this can be improved.
