説是豪華房間，但看不出豪華在哪裡！環境衞生還是好的，設施稍微老舊了一點，服務也還可以，早餐麼稍微差了點，但也符合當地實際情況！總的來説一般

先説優點：在前台買票可以入住當日和次日都可無限次進出，並且有接駁車送到門口，衹有這兩個優點了
缺點：接駁車衹能坐9個人，且五一這種節假日衹有一輛車來回跑，自己從酒店走到四期要走15分鐘，無語，開車過去找不到停車位，酒店設施比較陳舊，早餐種類很少，麪條真的衹有湯和麪，四期裏面的小電瓶車真的很坑，最便宜的500，到下午4點，其實根本沒必要，節假日基本都在排隊，小電瓶車基本不怎麼用，小童推車租的話10元一小時
總結：作為一個非常成熟的景區，節假日酒店到景區接駁車數量和頻次以及效率這麼低真的是非常不能接受的

真的要氣死，入住當天下着大雨，打車過去1號門2號門都不讓進，司機師傅繞來繞去也不耐煩，最後得知是因為裏面辦活動，把門都封了，最後我帶着三個孩子，那些行李，冒着雨跑進去，火大。
前台態度不錯，房門都很破舊，也很臟，不過進了房間，有一個上下鋪，還有一個大床，很舒服，孩子們很開心，我們訂了兩間，都沒有其他評價上説的地板翹起來的情況，電視機也都可以打開。這一晚我和孩子們睡的很舒服，那個上下鋪很寬，不用擔心孩子掉下來。
看其他人評論説早餐很差，當時很擔心孩子們吃不好沒力氣玩，沒想到還不錯哦，尤其是麪條，煮了兩碗，好吃，孩子們也都吃飽了。
另外看到我評論的人有口福啦，我當時點了小劉燒烤外賣，孩子要吃沒加辣椒，真的巨巨好吃，比我在杭州吃的燒烤都好吃，贊贊贊贊贊贊

方特這個酒店唯一的好處就是可以兩天無限次出入園區了吧，其他的都很一般，尤其是早餐，體驗感很差。不是這個價位酒店匹配的設施。建議酒店好好改善下基礎設施和環境吧！
