賓館房間乾淨明亮，地處山林之中，是蕪湖市老牌的政府接待型酒店，園林試酒店。服務和環境都不錯，停車方便，早餐品種豐富又多，有專門蕪湖特色的點心小吃。下次去蕪湖還是鐵山吧

房間設施有點陳舊，但是很乾凈清爽。酒店裡環境幽雅，綠化非常優美，天然氧吧，離赭山公園一步之遙，出行方便。

先説優點：環境很好，綠化優秀。
1.位置就在赭山公園旁邊，有很大的停車場。早上吃完早餐，到門口的翠明園逛逛，爬爬假山，然後一直往上走 一會兒就可以到動物園和廣濟寺，逛完原路返回，剛好一個完美的上午。
2.距離鳳凰美食街，和申元街，都不遠。去申元街的路上可以看到很火的燒餅店，走大概十分鐘能到小高蒸飯以及麻辣燙；去鳳凰美食街也就十分鐘左右，這邊有耿福興和四季春，都是老字號。美食街走到頭，可以搭地鐵去蕪湖古城，很方便。
缺點：房間比較老，床不是很舒服 感覺沒有1.2m，而且下水不太好，空調也不制熱，勉強睡一晚。

每次去蕪湖都選擇住這裏，房間很大，環境超級好，窗口的紫藤蘿花有120年的歷史，香氣撲鼻，每天被鳥鳴喚醒。服務好，早餐特別好！唯一的小遺憾是設施老了，窗簾看着舊且不是很乾凈。還會再去！
