1、服務態度較差，前台服務全程沒有笑臉，家庭房想多要一瓶礦泉水都不行。
2、房間較小，設施老舊，衞生間有異味，配套的洗髮水和沐浴露是二合一的，沒有護髮素。
3、現在的酒店都不收按金，但這個酒店卻收按金，退房時要等查完房才退，耽誤時間。

外地人第一次來蕪湖，我是村裡孩子沒見過什麼世面，頭一次遇到酒店停水的……
可能蕪湖人不會在下午兩三點洗澡吧，反正我當時洗到一半，滿身沐浴露泡泡，突然停水了，真的很崩潰…
打電話前台説停一個小時，但凡開房間的時候你跟我講一聲過會兒停水，我也不會這麼尷尬……
房間很小很小，除了床和桌子就沒了，基本轉不開身，我還特意定了個貴一點的房型，早知道都一樣就選最便宜的了，哦不，早知道就不來這個酒店了
早餐也很拉胯，要什麼沒什麼，就白米粥八寶粥炒麪鹹菜雞蛋，蛋炒飯都沒……
服務也很有意思，開個房間等半個小時，前面就一個人……
明明登記了兩個人身份證入住，買的也是兩份早餐的房型，結果早餐券給一張……
門口就是中山路步行街，結果修路過不去……
我對蕪湖很失望，不會再來了
