設施：設施還算齊全，可惜本來準備洗衣服的，卻因為酒店的水管壞了未修好而無法使用。
衞生：衞生還是挺乾淨的。
環境：周邊很熱鬧，有很多吃飯購物的地方。停車場很大，自駕停車方便。
服務：工作人員態度好，熱情周到，免費贈送了早餐，非常感謝！

我住二樓具體哪個房間不記得了，早上退房一個白色帶鑽的保温杯忘記拿走，兩小時後回酒店問前台竟然説沒看到，真的很無語，一般酒店發現客人沒帶走的都會主動聯繫客人，沒想到在茶卡會出現這種情況！

沒有空調，房間一般，但有飲用熱水供應。樓下有火鍋店較為方便，房間較小，設施較舊，相比性價比較低，且早餐非常一般。

房間洗浴頭固定不住，到處滑，洗澡非常不方便！雖説是假期酒店貴能理解，但是連一瓶礦泉水也不送。這次出來玩住過多家維也納，這家真的又貴又不合心意。

房間還挺乾淨的，前台服務態度也很好，訂的是沒有早餐的，也給我們免費加了早飯，性價比挺高的，因為茶卡的維也納給我不錯的印象，所以大柴旦定的也是維也納。推薦入住
