沒有預期的好。酒店所在是一棟高層大樓，入駐了很多酒店，維爾納所在的是中層，視野偏低。衹有三台電梯，上下非常慢，不方便。周邊吃飯非常不方便，衹有有限的幾家可選。早餐所在是別家的酒樓，很不專業，吃飯的桌子上餐巾紙都沒有。再説房間內，全景湖景房，視野倒是很開闊，可是窗玻璃太小，很影響視覺效果，所在的湖面也不太開闊，視覺感受總體不太滿意。房間內燈開關有點亂，都搞不清楚那個是哪個。衞生間地不平，積水長時間不幹，比較影響入住心情。房間不提供一次性拖鞋，秋冬寒涼，這一點希望加強服務。酒店提供自助洗衣，帶烘乾，可是洗衣房是有密碼鎖的，得多次找房務來開門……我洗完有一點怪味，不知道其他人怎麼，情況。總體感受不算太差，但很一般吧，細節上可以加強的很多。
