Leider kann ich keine bessere Bewertung abgeben da ich wirklich enttäuscht war. Zimmer war dreckig und musste nachgeputzt werden. Morgens um kurz nach 7 Uhr Bauarten vor der Terrasse ist natürlich sehr schlecht gewesen. Kein Wort davon beim einchecken.
Nur Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und im Wellnessbereich war auch angenehm aber Service ist überhaupt nicht gut.

Leider war in derReservierungsbestätigung vom Hotel kein Hinweis, dass das Restaurant geschlossen hat (es war kein Sonntag) und wir mussten außer Haus essen. Hätte man das vorher gewusst, hätte man das bereits bei der Anreise einplanen können. Ansonsten alles top 👍👍👍

The hotel is located in a green and quit suburb of Würzburg. It’s a modern building, and the rooms are nicely furnished. They’ve a good spa area and a very good breakfast as well. It’s easy to reach from the high ways and not too far from the main station. Perfect business hotel.

Am Anreisetag wurden wir wirklich sehr nett empfangen. Die Zimmeraufteilung hat uns ebenfalls angesprochen und war sehr großzügig (vor allem das Badezimmer). Allerdings lies die Reinigung etwas zu wünschen übrig. Über dem Bett hingen einige Spinnweben runter, der Föhn im Badezimmer war voller Zahnpasta oder ähnlichem und der Fernseher und die Fenster waren sehr eingestaubt. Man konnte deutlich erkennen, dass hier schon länger kein Staub gewischt wurde. Am Abreisetag wollten wir diese Mängel mitteilen, damit der nächste Gast sich rundum wohlfühlen kann. Allerdings wurden wir am Abreisetag ziemlich "gernervt" empfangen. Kein lächeln, kein nettes Wort. Wir wurden nichtmals danach gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war bzw. ob wir einen guten Aufenthalt hatten. Zusätzlich wurde uns eine Gebühr von 24,00 Euro für einen Garagenstellplatz in Rechnung gestellt. Nachdem wir dieses bemängelt hattet, da wir nicht in der Tiefgarage geparkt hatten, wurde uns nur mitgeteilt dass diese Gebühr auch für die außen Parkplätze gilt. Hier hätten wir uns natürlich gefreut, wenn man uns dieses am Anreisetag mitgeteilt hätte. Mit dieser Information hätten wir unser Fahrzeug natürlich auch dann in der Tiefgarage abgestellt. Die Busverbindung sind sehr gut. In ca. 15. Minuten ist man mit dem Bus in Würzburg angekommen.
Preis,-Leistung leider nicht ganz erfüllt.
