The hotel was closed and nobody informed us!
We arrived and couldn't stay overnight. The hotel is currently being renovated!
I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience!

Well located hotel in the center of Wurzburg. Aimed at business travelers. Engaged and friendly staff. The room is small and tired but ok. The breakfast good with nice selection. Recommended as a transit hotel.

Good location, can walk to the old town, the room is a bit cramped, the mattress and pillows are good, there is a capsule coffee maker, good taste, the breakfast is expensive and not worth it. I recommend walking to the supermarket to buy it. It's not too far away. Opens at 7:00 a.m., much cheaper. Parking is the most expensive part of the trip. The way down is very dangerous. You need two people to help you look left. It's a narrow, spiraling way down.

A very nice comfortable hotel with a great location in Würzburg. The check-in was fast and easy with a friendly staff member working at the front desk. The entire stay was enjoyable, and the room was very quiet and comfortable. A quick 10–15-minute walk gets you to the city center or the train station. The view from the room was really nice as well. Everything was perfect! Would stay here again next time and recommend it to anyone that is visiting Würzburg.

Room was clean, beds were really comfortable due to high quality matless.
Location was good due to not so far from center of city.
We were confused to reach to hotel because name was not Novotel but Dorint Hotel Würzburg..
You must book with breakfast during reservation process if you want to eat, since the price will be much more expensive when you ask at front desk (we were told 19 euros per each, although it would be approx 13 euros when you purchased during reservation process, so we didn’t order.)

Our family of four stayed in one room. The room wasn't big, but we knew that from the start so it wasn't a problem. The sofa bed was also a good size for two children to sleep on. There was a Nespresso in the room so we could drink coffee.
There was a relatively wide variety of breakfast options.
The problem was the parking lot. It was underground but the way down was very narrow, so it was quite difficult for a long car like ours. There was no problem when we left though.
