Hotel in the center of the city. Room are comfortable. I will appreciate if it was a little bit less uncommon.

We liked it. Our room on the 7th floor had a good view of the Marian Fortress. Old town very easy to reach on foot. The car was allowed to park in the parking garage for 12 euros per day. Almost all staff at reception, all of the room and breakfast service were noticeably friendly and helpful.
Had booked a 2 bed room, then received a double bed room.
We were disappointed by the now closed fitness and wellness area. It's really a shame and misleading that the portals sometimes advertise it in pictures and in writing.

Mycket bra rum, god frukost och läget ok. Incheckningen var däremot en katastrof. Allt skulle skötas i en digital skärm och eftersom jag reste med och ansvarade för en grupp på 10 personer så fick jag checka in fem rum digitalt. Detta trots att jag angett alla uppgifter, inklusive kortuppgifter, blev detta oerhört tidskrävande. Tekniken ska underlätta, inte krångla till det. Kvinnan som ansvarade för detta var helt ointresserad av att hjälpa till.
