The hotel was adequate and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. It's close to the historic part of the city. It's within walking distance of everything. I'm not sure it's worth the price we paid for it, but I guess we were paying for convenience.

Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, sollte das Hotel Greifensteiner Hof meiden. Bei Bezug des Zimmers war die Toilette verschmutzt und wurde auch nach Reklamation an der Rezeption am nächsten Tag nicht gereinigt. Auch das Frühstücksgeschirr hatte teileweise sicht- und spürbare Verschmutzungen. Bei 4 Sternen und 189,- € am Tag für das Doppelzimmer kann ich ein sauberes Zimmer erwarten, vor allem wenn zuvor auch noch auf die Verschmutzung hingewiesen wurde.

Ein herzlicher Empfang, ein schönes Zimmer direkt zum Marktplatz, zentral und ruhig. Gutes Frühstück! Parkplatz am Hotel oder im nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

O hotel é bom, banheiro pequeno e café da manhã ótimo, não gostei do quesito limpeza. Havia uma garrafa com restos de outro hóspede quando chegamos e não tinha toalhas no dia seguinte após a limpeza. Achei que eles poderiam ser mais cuidadosos com isso, mas de forma geral é bom.

Tucked away in the old town area, so we did think we were getting lost when the sat nav was going around small roads! Staff were polite and helpful. Room was just right with a good bathroom. Some private parking available. Breakfast was excellent.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel trotzdem absolut ruhig. Schon etwas älter, aber mit Charme. Wirklich tolles Frühstück mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Jede Menge Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem KFZ gut erreichbar. Parkplatz im Haus für € 15

Great location in a lovely city. Super breakfast. Great selection. But for the price - the room was ok at best. Premium price for an ok room. Beds are old. There is no food or drink option at night. Front desk is efficient. Overall - not a great experience for what was one of the premium priced hotel in town.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Zimmer, Dusche/WC - man kann sich überhaupt nicht bewegen geschweige man hat dort eine ordentliche Ablage für die Badutensilien. Für diesen Preis erwarte Ich zumindest auch ein Heißwasserbereiter im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind mit einer seeeehr lauten Klimaanlage ausgestattet, so dass ein Schlafen nicht möglich ist. Fenster darf man nachts auch nicht öffnen, da Straßenseite und sehr laut. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Well loctaed, booked a single room wich was tiny, very small bed, TV didn't work. Maintainance was poor. Aircondition was noicy and barely cooled. Service was not good the registration desk team didn't know about the services, breakast was good but sundays it starts only at 8 AM
