漲價不合理，從90多到189，事實上60都貴了，坐地起價
空間特別窄，廁所窄到起身屁股就要碰到牆壁，轉身困難，牙刷劣質到可以輕輕掰斷，房間有異味，嚴重圖文不符
在老舊的居民樓裏，環境可想而知
