首先訂房的時候老闆説他可以給預約車子進山的名額，結果根本不管。其次酒店位置比較偏出行很不方便。雖然我們自己約了車子進山的名額但由於交通管制車子還是上不去。所以要從酒店步行很遠一段路再坐一個擺渡車然後換乘8路公交車才能到達五爺廟，真的是要坐很多站，很擠很不方便。還有酒店的炒菜，一份醋溜白菜和一份大葱炒雞蛋都是很小碟，外加兩小碗粒粒分明的米飯就要76元。關鍵是白菜的水汽沒有炒出去，雞蛋老硬，大葱還是那種該扔的葶子很柴。再有就是房間真的是不隔音，老闆跟他朋友在大廳喝茶聊天，很大聲到很晚，房間裏面聽的不要太清楚。設施嘛，馬桶晃悠的，衞生間排風扇是不工作的，化粧鏡的燈打不開。房間沒有空調，保暖靠電熱毯。

設施：房間乾淨，位置優越，尤其喜歡小院子，滿是禪意。孩子不小心把腳弄傷了，前台很貼心地準備了葯箱。
服務：第二天早晨早起去殊像寺，老闆特別幫忙準備的早餐，非常感謝。

這次五台山出行特別開心，尤其住到了這麼有文藝氣息的民宿，老闆説是他自己親手設計的。房間乾淨、整潔，都是智能化，據説早晚餐還是老闆親自做的，我們行程趕沒吃上，下次一定要嚐嚐。老闆人特好，接送人不説，怕我們玩不方便還幫我們接送行李😊，告訴我們避坑踩雷一些注意事項。

非常非常不好，糟糕，無奈的一次入住體驗。

五台山是信佛修行的的場所，第一次在外碰到這種老闆，人品很差。👎👎👎
1.答應的事情做不到：訂房時告訴你，如果你的車開不進去，他會把車借給你，讓你方便安排出行，結果第二天就反悔，而且態度還極其惡劣，🤢🤢🤢
2.離開時説要送到公交站台，結果把我們放在路口説有交通管制，結果我們過去看了一眼啥都沒有，滿嘴胡扯，根本沒有交警。🤥🤥🤥
3.沒退房問店家要礦泉水，結果告訴我們要額外收費，良心讓**了嗎？🙄🙄🙄
4.我在路上開車去酒店的路上，催了我20多遍，也不管是否堵車，拚命催你，好像你的命不值錢一樣。🙄🙄🙄
5.店家素質太低，開車送我們回來的路上遇到修路或者開的慢的車，就破口大罵，搞得我們一點出遊體驗都沒有，好好的心情都被破壞了！！！💔💔💔
6.房間不給打擾……東西不給換……要兩條浴巾還得求爺爺告奶奶的，真噁心💩
（最後，酒店我都懶得評價了，放上兩張五台山文殊菩薩圖片給店家陣陣邪吧，別以為遊客都欠你的。）阿彌陀佛，願店家能造福遊客，否則還是倒閉了吧

很棒的民宿，寵物友好，環境也很不錯，屋子裡麪很寬敞，有蒲團和專門飲茶的地方。老闆大哥人超好，會跟你聊需要避雷的地方，也會給你出行建議。沒開車的大哥還會幫忙接送，開車開的，門口就有停車的位置，很方便。
