"The service at Ji Hotel really doesn't live up to its brand! I booked this hotel at a high price, specifically for the Ji Hotel brand name, even though the location was inconvenient. However, this experience completely shattered my expectations. The management was chaotic, the service was perfunctory, there was a complete lack of accountability, and staff members constantly passed the buck and handled issues with indifference. 1. As a service provider, they couldn't provide the vehicle as promised. The front desk lied, claiming there was a traffic jam. For half an hour, there was no solution, and they couldn't even find the driver's phone number, only repeating, 'Please wait.' 2. As a service provider, I boarded the car with the driver as instructed by the hotel front desk. After being asked to get off, the driver honked aggressively at my child without any apology, making me, the guest, relay messages between him and the front desk. One was in the car, the other at the front desk, and the guest was running back and forth. This is the first time I've encountered such service. (In contrast, when I returned at noon, the manager said he would handle my complaint later because he had to see off another guest. Only then did I realize that the front desk offers this kind of service, just not for me!) 3. As a service provider, even knowing there was a complaint (the front desk told me the manager would contact me before I left in the morning), they provided no solution, leaving the customer hanging without any follow-up. Ji Hotel, your service is simply the worst, with no room for improvement. Details are as follows: On the third day of the ***** New Year, I booked a car to Wuye Temple at 5:20 AM the night before at the front desk. Upon arriving at the lobby on time, the front desk immediately claimed there was a traffic jam and made us wait. Later, when we arrived at the scene, the roads were completely clear. The 'traffic jam' was clearly just a perfunctory excuse. After waiting for over ten minutes, another family (B), who also had a 5:20 AM reservation, also found their car hadn't arrived. At this point, the front desk said they would arrange a business van to take all six of us to Wuye Temple. We got into the car with the driver (the driver led us). However, at the same time, a family of three (C) appeared, wanting to get in the car, claiming the car was arranged for them. The driver then asked us to get out, saying he had made a mistake and also had an order for family C, so he couldn't take us. The front desk insisted that we had booked first and asked the driver to take us. The driver and the front desk communicated poorly, leaving me, the customer, to relay messages back and forth between the lobby and the parking lot. While I was speaking with the front desk, my child, having been asked to get out of the car, stood in front of it and was aggressively honked at by the driver. He, an adult, couldn't get out to comfort my child. He, a hotel staff member, didn't communicate directly with the front desk but made me do it, then intimidated my child. Throughout this, there wasn't a single apology, and his attitude was extremely poor. It was already 5:50 AM, and I demanded a solution from the front desk. The front desk then claimed she had no other driver's phone numbers and couldn't find another driver. Is this a joke? This means that for half an hour, she didn't contact the 'stuck' driver nor a new one. All she made the guests do was wait and then be asked to get out of the car. This is Ji Hotel's service. We woke up early specifically to avoid long queues, but we were delayed by 40 minutes and ended up queuing for an extra hour in the cold morning air. Waking up early was completely pointless. Upon returning to the hotel, there was no apology. The manager said his understanding was that the morning front desk left him a message saying the driver was late. He completely ignored the fact that their driver and front desk were passing the buck, the front desk gave false explanations, and the driver maliciously honked at my child, causing my child to cry hysterically. The manager only asked what my demands were! You had no solutions, no apologies, and you ask me for my demands? Is this your service philosophy? Finally, the manager said he would look into the situation. Later that day, I went in and out of the hotel two or three times, and no one gave any feedback. Even until check-out and until I got home, there was no follow-up whatsoever! I paid extra for a brand name, hoping for peace of mind, but instead, I got dishonesty, buck-passing, indifference to guests, and a terrified child. The service at Ji Hotel this time was truly the worst I've ever experienced. I have no demands, only a bad review! (Attached photos show that there was no traffic jam in the opposite lane!)"
