"It's ok to be away from the center. There is bus No. 9 at the door. It goes to Dailuoding for 1.2 stops and then transfer to No. 8. There are many No. 8s but few No. 9s. If it snows, there is no No. 9 in the morning, so you can only walk about 1km. No pick-up and drop-off is provided. It's inconvenient with luggage. The starting price for a taxi here is 10 yuan. There is basically no didi. The facilities are ok, but the hygiene is average. There are cigarette ashes left in the bathroom. No napkins are provided. The heating temperature is also average. The price is more than 300. I can only say that it is right for Wutai Mountain. The location and room are ok. There are restaurants nearby, which are expensive but relatively convenient."

There is no fridge in the room, you can put the drink and food in the hotel restaurant fridge. The hotel is in the Wutai mountain scenic range, easy to get to the temp by car next morning. Overall experience is pleasant and highly recommended."

"Because of the terrible service! Everything gets the lowest rating. My flight was at 10 PM, and check-out was supposed to be at 2 PM. However, considering it was snowing and there was nowhere to go, I extended my stay for 4 hours. Those 4 hours almost cost me my life. They didn't inform or warn us that the mountain roads were closed and even highway buses couldn't operate. Was it just to earn that 199 for 4 hours of room rent? Cars couldn't drive on the snowy roads at all; even the snow chains I bought along the way were useless. I was skidding all the way, nearly crashing several times. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place! They could have easily warned out-of-town tourists that the mountain roads were closed due to snow and difficult to drive on, allowing us to be prepared. I hope in the future, under severe weather conditions, they can warn other guests. It might genuinely save lives."

The hotel facilities are relatively old and there is no elevator. The hygiene of the room can be improved. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and the shower has sufficient water. "The facilities are new and quite complete. It's great to find a newly opened hotel in Wutai Mountain. There was no help with luggage up and down the stairs, and no help finding a seat for parking. There were only two people dealing with some customers buying local beads. The rooms on the basement floor were poorly soundproofed. The breakfast room was next door, and people were walking around and talking loudly. Breakfast consisted of steamed buns, eggs, and a side dish. There were restaurants along the street outside, so it was very convenient to eat in a 5-minute walk."

The hotel was very clean; the only downside was that the toilet needed to be replaced with a smart toilet. They also recommended a great tour guide who could drive directly into the Wutai Mountain scenic area."

The lobby continues to be decorated in Chinese style, with mahogany furniture, calligraphy and painting decoration, antique but not old-fashioned, and cleanliness. The front desk checked in very quickly and also took the initiative to introduce hotel facilities. The room is really big, visually 60 or 70 square meters, put two suitcases and a desk after the space is still very surplus, walking is not cramped at all. Pushing open the floor-to-ceiling window is an outdoor balcony. The balcony fence is all Han white jade. It feels cool and the carving is fine. Standing on the balcony, you can see the courtyard view. The ventilation is very good. It is very comfortable to sit and drink a cup of tea. The bedding is clean, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, it is quiet at night, and the sound insulation effect is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and the hot water comes quickly. The gym equipment is very new and enough. Breakfast has Chinese porridge, buns, fried dough sticks, Western bread milk, and freshly cooked noodles. The waiter closed in time and had a good attitude. This experience exceeded expectations, the Chinese style was done with care, the room was large and bright, the hardware was solid, and the service was online. Next time I come to Wutai Mountain for a pilgrimage, I will still choose to live here, because I come to Wutai Mountain every year, the quality of the local hotels is generally not high, this newly opened hotel is really amazing, from decoration and service facilities to the price, really in line with my expectations, The price is very high, as a long-term hotel person, I highly recommend it! "To be honest, many places in wutai is closed due to some private reasons. It's either too crowded with people for commercial reason or closed. This place is about 10-12 mins away from the central sigh seeing place. But traveling from the central to this hotel has free shuttle every 5 minutes. Super convenient and quiet. I would think this is a good resting point for those who like quiet and peace. By the way, plus for the receptionist. She is the only person there, but she will be there the whole day beside her sleeping time. She will try to arrange you anything, as long as you ask it."
