房間還可以，服務也很好，衞生狀況是可以的，我們是10月13日入住的，晚上最低温度接近零度，地暖已經開了，晚上不冷。但是我們是離店才扣費的，而且是免查房的，但是酒店要求我們入店交按金100元，這個我們之前在大城市的五星級酒店都不需要交按金，不知道我們是否應該交按金？

先説結論，花卉應該是五台山性價比最高的酒店（民宿沒住過不知道上下限差異太大，並且沒有統一管理標準），比這裏乾淨設施好的都比花卉貴，比它便宜的都沒有它乾淨和舒適，包括房間大小！
在此專程感謝前台的白姐姐幫忙升級房間，服務態度特別好，點贊！

非常差勁，還好意思説自己是四星級的。在全國景區酒店範圍裏都算非常差的。
首先是前台的服務員態度巨差，基本屬於不會説人話的程度，打電話到前台問事，沒説等你説完對方就果斷掛機了。
第二，房間衞生也很差，又破又舊不説，馬桶還堵的。
第三，辦個入住居然還有收房卡按金，不説多要房卡，就是每個房間一張。
總之，極度不推薦！
