環境：環境優雅，
服務：服務熱情，是我去果所有酒店感覺最舒適温暖的，，位置在最中心，距離各寺廟都很近，有免費停車場，老闆免費接送我們到汽車站，晚上肚子不舒服老闆給買的葯給我們很感謝，一家人都很熱情，一定推薦朋友過來，給五星好評

來了五台山好幾次了，第一次住這裏，整體體驗感、舒適度很棒。本來來五台山就是為了修身養性，遠離吵鬧與繁雜，好好的靜靜心，客棧的裝修和氛圍佈置很舒心。房間打掃的也很乾凈，老闆也很熱情，關鍵是位置很棒！徒步打卡五爺廟等很多熱門景點，省下來的時間還能多轉轉或者多休息休息。以後來五台山就住這裏了！

好的：位置還可以，門口有大停車場，一條街都是吃的、客棧。離廣化寺很近，離五爺廟也不願，我們都是走路去五爺廟，十五分鐘吧。衞生也還行。
不好的：1.隔音不太好，外邊馬路的聲音基本是很清晰的聽到了。在前台説話的聲音也聽的很清楚。2.房間其實比較小。3.早上沒熱水，放了好久的冷水都沒有。問了下才有。4.老闆説要帶去老五爺廟，就是五爺故里，但也有説那是騙人的，看個人看法吧。我們沒去。
