Checking in late at night in the scorching heat, the front desk service staff is friendly and has a strong sense of service, and actively coordinates with other departments to deliver ice cubes to the room. The next day, when I met the cleaning staff in the corridor, they would take the initiative to say hello, and it was not the kind of emotionless routine, which made people feel very comfortable. The room layout and facilities are very good and impressive, and the air conditioning is very powerful. The only regret is that the water in the shower is a bit small, which may not be enjoyable for those who like a strong water flow. I got up in the morning and walked around the hotel. It is on the edge of Taihu Lake. It is very quiet and suitable for relaxing. There is also a place to raise peacocks outside the restaurant on the first floor. The little friends like it very much. The master who feeds them is also very nice and explains patiently. The breakfast is very rich, 5-star praise. In general, the stay experience exceeded expectations, and it is worthy of being the first choice hotel in Wuxi. However, we checked in on an off-peak Thursday night. The 1.4-meter twin room is very suitable for a family trip of two adults and one child. It is very close to Lili Garden and Yuantouzhu. The environment is very good. There are toothbrushes, slippers, toilet seats and footrests for the children. The stay is very comfortable... The front desk did not book the same room type for two nights and upgraded it. Staying in the same room type avoids changing rooms midway. Special thumbs up. Yuantouzhu tickets are included in the room rate. The front desk's detailed explanations and clear arrangements are very good. The only drawback is that takeaways cannot be delivered upstairs by robots and can only be picked up from the express cabinet downstairs. Yuantouzhu is in the cherry blossom season and is very beautiful. ~

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family
