"The hotel's location is a bit small, and parking can be a hassle, though the staff did help guide us. Now for the complaints: First, there's absolutely no artificial greenery or landscaping as advertised. The subway construction outside is very loud, and the soundproofing in the room is terrible! Also, the 'afternoon tea' is just some tea bags for you to brew yourself – no cakes or anything like that. The room key card next to it shows how tiny it all is. Honestly, they shouldn't even bother offering it!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Exit B20 of Sanyang Plaza on Metro Line 1, offering direct access to Wuxi Station. The room, advertised as a mountain view, was more of a city view, as there wasn't really any mountain visible. The soundproofing was incredibly poor; the guests next door were chattering loudly past 11 PM, making it impossible to sleep. I had to knock on the wall to get some quiet. The service, however, was excellent! Especially the housekeeping staff who proactively left extra bottles of water every day, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast was good, and the soup dumplings were delicious."

"Location: Unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown. The surrounding commercial area is very developed, and transportation is super convenient. The subway is just two steps away, and it's easy to get a taxi right to the building entrance! Getting anywhere is a breeze. Service: Very good. Whatever we needed was delivered very quickly, and communication via WeChat was smooth with prompt replies! Facilities: Pretty good. The room is very spacious with two large beds. However, the soundproofing isn't great, and the bathroom design is a bit inconvenient. Taller people will find the shower cramped. Also, there was a noticeable odor from the toilet."

From the ambiance to the service and even the small details, you can feel the owner's dedication and professionalism; there's absolutely no cutting corners, which makes me genuinely want to recommend it. Upon arrival, I immediately felt comfortable. The overall environment is clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy yet stylish way. The space is spacious and bright, without any clutter or oppressive feeling. The cleanliness is exceptional; even the corners are spotless, making a great first impression. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the facility layout and the atmosphere, making it very relaxing to be in, with absolutely no discomfort. The service was even more impressive. The staff were gentle, warm, and polite, always patient and meticulous, ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. They weren't overly enthusiastic nor cold and indifferent, striking the perfect balance. They proactively helped solve problems, were responsible and considerate of customers at every turn, taking care of many small details that made me feel valued and respected. The entire communication process was smooth, and the experience was excellent; the service alone made it worth every penny. The value for money is also outstanding. Both the price and quality are well worth the cost, with no hidden fees or gimmicks. They genuinely focus on service and reputation. Among similar establishments, this one stands out in both hardware and software. The advantages are clear when comparing, truly delivering excellent value for money. Overall, this was a very pleasant, worry-free, and satisfying experience with no complaints whatsoever – smooth and comfortable throughout. You can tell the owner is serious about their work and genuinely cares for every guest, which is truly rare. I will prioritize staying here in the future and will sincerely recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues. Good businesses deserve to be seen by more people. "The hotel's location is absolutely superb. After exiting the hotel and turning right, you walk about 100 meters, go through an underpass to cross the road, and you'll emerge directly facing Nanshangtang. The famous Nanchang Street is just across the river, parallel to Nanshangtang. Nanshangtang is narrower, while Nanchang Street is wider, and there's a bridge connecting them. If you keep walking straight, you'll reach Qingming Bridge, which offers beautiful views. If you don't feel like walking along the river, there's a ferry you can take. It's very pleasant to wander around, shop, and eat. When you get tired, you can easily return to the hotel to rest and then head out again to see the night views when it gets dark. The hotel is a well-established five-star property, and its facilities are definitely up to standard, offering an old-school luxury. The room decor still has a decade-old style, which is understandable, but the rooms are spacious, and the view of Nanchang Street at night from the window is stunning. The hotel is also very close to the airport, a convenient 20-minute drive. It's about 10 kilometers to Yuantouzhu, and some traffic during cherry blossom season is to be expected and acceptable. Service: The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the service. There was absolutely none of the rigorously trained service attitude you'd expect from a long-standing hotel. During check-in and check-out, there were no smiles or greetings like ”hello.” This wasn't just a few individuals; it was consistent across all front desk staff and the luggage storage area. They were cold and unwelcoming, which was very surprising. A smile should be a basic requirement."

"For all you folks planning your annual cherry blossom trip to Wuxi, you absolutely *must* visit Yuantouzhu (Turtle Head Isle) and stay at Sakura Villa. It perfectly embodies the saying 'a waterside pavilion gets the moonlight first,' meaning you get the best of it! You can get free admission to Yuantouzhu, enjoy cherry blossom views right from your room, and step out directly into the Cherry Blossom Valley. You'll see so many cherry blossoms you'll get 'aesthetic fatigue,' haha! The hotel's breakfast noodles are quite good, and for lunch, they offer a '3 white' set meal – a good option if you don't feel like venturing out on a rainy day. Key point: Traffic control for entering and exiting the Yuantouzhu scenic area is very strict. During the day, food delivery services aren't allowed inside; deliveries will be left with the guard at the Dushan gate entrance. You'll have to walk 1km yourself to pick them up, or arrange with the hotel front desk for a shuttle to collect it for you. Ride-sharing services and taxis face the same restrictions; it seems they can only enter after 9 PM with prior notification. If you're heading to Ling Shan, I recommend leaving before 7 AM, otherwise, it'll take at least half an hour just to get out of Bogong Island. Also, enjoying cherry blossoms really depends on the weather. This year, the prime viewing period was limited from March 31st to April 4th. After just one storm, half the blossoms were gone, and the crowds were absolutely massive. If you're going to Wuyun Yaju for dinner, be aware that the scenic area gate near the Health Hotel will close. On your way back, *do not* follow Baidu Maps through Jiusong Pavilion to that side; you'll hit a closed gate and waste at least 20 minutes (Baidu Maps led me astray, Gaode Maps is more accurate). Check the last three pictures for yourself to understand what I mean."

"I participated in the Wuxi Marathon, and my friend booked a two-night stay from March 20-21 through WeChat services. It was for a Deluxe Standard Room, costing around 1149 RMB for both nights. We checked in around 8 PM on the 20th. The hotel doesn't have a grand lobby, just a small storefront. After checking in, I immediately felt something was off as I walked up the stairs – it felt more like a small guesthouse. There was no elevator, and by the time I reached the third floor, the hallway was narrow and packed with many rooms. When I opened the door, I was stunned; it was exactly like a small guesthouse. The bed was made of plywood, the room was tiny with no space to move around, and this was supposedly an upgraded 'family room.' One bed was slightly larger, and there was a small window with blurry glass. The pillows were yellow, and the toothbrush cups in the bathroom were disposable paper cups. Everything felt old. I checked Ctrip, and the price for the night of the 20th was around 200 RMB. I went to the front desk to ask why the price I booked much earlier was more expensive than the current rate. The front desk suggested I could cancel and rebook. In the end, after applying a coupon, the continuous two-night stay on Ctrip cost 822 RMB. My friend, who didn't have a coupon, paid 902 RMB for two nights. So, comparing the prices, this 'family room' normally costs just over 200 RMB, but it shot up to over 500 RMB the night before the marathon. Although Wuxi has supposedly cracked down on hotels arbitrarily raising prices, it feels like they haven't quite gotten it under control yet. The only positive was that the staff were quite good. The front desk offered herbal red tea, and when we checked out, they even prepared a small gift bag with biscuits and drinks. However, with such a huge price increase for the room, the overall experience was still very poor! It really felt like they were trying to cash in on a major event like this. The accommodation was the biggest letdown of this marathon trip; everything else, like transport and dining, was good."
