"The room was nice, and the front desk kindly gave us a free upgrade to a high floor with a great view. The service was also good; they provided a bed rail, children's slippers, and toiletries, which was a very thoughtful touch. Additionally, the hotel organizes daily activities, which is quite nice. Given that the hotel is located right in the city center with almost no public areas, this is a great way to provide some fun for the kids. However, there were some downsides: 1. The cabinet light was broken and didn't turn off when the door was closed. It was extremely bright at night, which severely affected our sleep. We discovered it late on our first night, and the next morning I left a sticky note and also informed the staff. By the time we returned for our second night, the note was gone, but nobody had come to fix the light. Around 7:00 PM that evening, I even called the front desk to follow up, but they said they knew nothing about it. This was very strange, as it showed my note was ignored, even though I had specifically told a staff member about it. Even so, since I called at 7 PM, I felt there was still enough time to sort it out. Yet, it wasn't until past 9 PM that the front desk asked if it was convenient for a maintenance worker to come up. By then, we had already started getting ready for bed and it wasn't convenient to let someone in, so I had to endure the blinding cabinet light for a second night. The hotel staff never provided any explanation for this, nor did they follow up afterwards. 2. The eggs served at breakfast were not great—they really should be using pasteurized eggs. Furthermore, the fried gluten puffs (mianjin) in the noodle topping were severely spoiled, and the hotel staff hadn't even noticed. When I informed the person in charge at the breakfast restaurant that morning, no explanation was given. PS: The photo shows how bright the cabinet light was at night. It's way brighter than a standard nightlight and severely disrupted our sleep."

There was even a Dyson hairdryer. I was very satisfied with my stay. Finally, when I checked out, they also helped me with my luggage all the way to my car! 👍"

"A friend came to visit today and booked the Radisson Hotel, which is nearby. The hotel lobby is grand and has the layout of a classic five-star hotel. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom even has a bathtub with a thoughtful disposable bathtub liner. The next day, I asked my friend about it, and they said they slept very comfortably with soft sheets, and especially appreciated the pillows, which kept their necks from getting stiff at all. They said they definitely want to buy one to take home."

"Came to Wuxi for a business trip and some relaxation, and stayed at the Snow Wave Songpin Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review! First, the environment. The hotel has a new Chinese garden style, with pavilions, waterside platforms, and beautiful scenery at every step, full of Jiangnan charm. The room was very spacious, and the courtyard view offered great privacy. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The most commendable aspect was our butler, Helen! From pre-check-in communication to check-out, Helen was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. She proactively arranged airport pickup and check-in before our arrival, and upon reaching the hotel, she took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. Any requests I had during my stay were met with an almost instant response via WeChat. Her responsiveness and service awareness were exceptional. At check-out, she even thoughtfully presented a farewell gift, which was a lovely gesture. Regarding other facilities, the breakfast offered a rich variety, and the Wuxi xiaolongbao and Aozhao noodles were quite authentic. The hotel's location right next to Sunac Land made it very convenient to visit Sunac Mall for shopping and dining. In summary, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuxi and will recommend it to my friends. Helen's service was truly the highlight of the entire stay. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and hot water comes on quickly. There are many restaurants downstairs, so you can easily find places for late-night snacks and breakfast. Staying here was very convenient, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."
