"The hotel's location is a bit small, and parking can be a hassle, though the staff did help guide us. Now for the complaints: First, there's absolutely no artificial greenery or landscaping as advertised. The subway construction outside is very loud, and the soundproofing in the room is terrible! Also, the 'afternoon tea' is just some tea bags for you to brew yourself – no cakes or anything like that. The room key card next to it shows how tiny it all is. Honestly, they shouldn't even bother offering it!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Exit B20 of Sanyang Plaza on Metro Line 1, offering direct access to Wuxi Station. The room, advertised as a mountain view, was more of a city view, as there wasn't really any mountain visible. The soundproofing was incredibly poor; the guests next door were chattering loudly past 11 PM, making it impossible to sleep. I had to knock on the wall to get some quiet. The service, however, was excellent! Especially the housekeeping staff who proactively left extra bottles of water every day, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast was good, and the soup dumplings were delicious."

"Location: Unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown. The surrounding commercial area is very developed, and transportation is super convenient. The subway is just two steps away, and it's easy to get a taxi right to the building entrance! Getting anywhere is a breeze. Service: Very good. Whatever we needed was delivered very quickly, and communication via WeChat was smooth with prompt replies! Facilities: Pretty good. The room is very spacious with two large beds. However, the soundproofing isn't great, and the bathroom design is a bit inconvenient. Taller people will find the shower cramped. Also, there was a noticeable odor from the toilet."

From the ambiance to the service and even the small details, you can feel the owner's dedication and professionalism; there's absolutely no cutting corners, which makes me genuinely want to recommend it. Upon arrival, I immediately felt comfortable. The overall environment is clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy yet stylish way. The space is spacious and bright, without any clutter or oppressive feeling. The cleanliness is exceptional; even the corners are spotless, making a great first impression. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the facility layout and the atmosphere, making it very relaxing to be in, with absolutely no discomfort. The service was even more impressive. The staff were gentle, warm, and polite, always patient and meticulous, ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. They weren't overly enthusiastic nor cold and indifferent, striking the perfect balance. They proactively helped solve problems, were responsible and considerate of customers at every turn, taking care of many small details that made me feel valued and respected. The entire communication process was smooth, and the experience was excellent; the service alone made it worth every penny. The value for money is also outstanding. Both the price and quality are well worth the cost, with no hidden fees or gimmicks. They genuinely focus on service and reputation. Among similar establishments, this one stands out in both hardware and software. The advantages are clear when comparing, truly delivering excellent value for money. Overall, this was a very pleasant, worry-free, and satisfying experience with no complaints whatsoever – smooth and comfortable throughout. You can tell the owner is serious about their work and genuinely cares for every guest, which is truly rare. I will prioritize staying here in the future and will sincerely recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues. Good businesses deserve to be seen by more people. "Service: The service was excellent. When the TV wasn't working at first, I called room service and they came to fix it right away. Facilities: The facilities are neither very new nor very old. The atrium on the 9th floor is very nice, and the room generally has everything you need. The downsides are that the TV in my room was a bit old, and if people outside were loud, you could hear them clearly. The showerhead also made a squeaky noise when the water was turned on. What I found most unacceptable was the bedside outlet – my Huawei phone charger wouldn't fit! I had to charge my phone at the desk. Breakfast: Breakfast was excellent. It was spacious, had a full selection of dishes, and tasted great. The coffee was made by a machine and had a pure flavor. Location: The location is very good, with many restaurants nearby. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to NanChang Street."

"I read a lot of reviews before booking, so my expectations were quite low. But I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! The hotel is a bit old, that's a fact, but thankfully, it was very clean. The location is absolutely amazing, right next to Cherry Blossom Valley. During cherry blossom season, having a shuttle to get into the park was a huge advantage compared to regular tourists who have to buy tickets and wait in line. The hotel service was excellent. They upgraded us to a room with a courtyard. The staff were all very helpful and tried their best to assist with any questions we had. Since we were traveling with a child, they provided extra blankets and disposable bathtub liners. The breakfast on the second day was also very good – the cherry blossom xiaolongbao were delicious, and the Suzhou noodles were great too. We could enjoy views of Cherry Blossom Valley while dining, and the 'King Cherry Tree' was right in our courtyard. The hotel lobby had complimentary tea and a coffee machine, which was a huge plus for coffee lovers. They even gave us some creative cultural ice cream, which made my child super happy!"

"I participated in the Wuxi Marathon, and my friend booked a two-night stay from March 20-21 through WeChat services. It was for a Deluxe Standard Room, costing around 1149 RMB for both nights. We checked in around 8 PM on the 20th. The hotel doesn't have a grand lobby, just a small storefront. After checking in, I immediately felt something was off as I walked up the stairs – it felt more like a small guesthouse. There was no elevator, and by the time I reached the third floor, the hallway was narrow and packed with many rooms. When I opened the door, I was stunned; it was exactly like a small guesthouse. The bed was made of plywood, the room was tiny with no space to move around, and this was supposedly an upgraded 'family room.' One bed was slightly larger, and there was a small window with blurry glass. The pillows were yellow, and the toothbrush cups in the bathroom were disposable paper cups. Everything felt old. I checked Ctrip, and the price for the night of the 20th was around 200 RMB. I went to the front desk to ask why the price I booked much earlier was more expensive than the current rate. The front desk suggested I could cancel and rebook. In the end, after applying a coupon, the continuous two-night stay on Ctrip cost 822 RMB. My friend, who didn't have a coupon, paid 902 RMB for two nights. So, comparing the prices, this 'family room' normally costs just over 200 RMB, but it shot up to over 500 RMB the night before the marathon. Although Wuxi has supposedly cracked down on hotels arbitrarily raising prices, it feels like they haven't quite gotten it under control yet. The only positive was that the staff were quite good. The front desk offered herbal red tea, and when we checked out, they even prepared a small gift bag with biscuits and drinks. However, with such a huge price increase for the room, the overall experience was still very poor! It really felt like they were trying to cash in on a major event like this. The accommodation was the biggest letdown of this marathon trip; everything else, like transport and dining, was good."
