"Absolutely fantastic, really great! I'm a local university student and I stayed here for two nights during the National Day holiday. The moment I walked into the room, I felt so happy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the night scenery was beautiful. There are many shopping malls nearby, and the subway station is very close, making transportation convenient. Food delivery also arrived quickly. The owner was also very nice! I'll definitely stay here again next time I need a place to stay!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in Wuxi's bustling commercial district. Suning Plaza is directly downstairs, and Henglong Plaza and Pacific Department Store are both less than a ten-minute walk away. The hotel facilities are superb, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I even received a room upgrade, and the night view was spectacular, overlooking the city center's high-rises. The service was also excellent. I had lost an item and asked housekeeping for help; frankly, I didn't have much hope. But amazingly, they found a tiny gold piece, smaller than a fingernail! This truly speaks to the housekeeping staff's dedication and responsibility. Overall, it was a fantastic experience."

"I brought my mom to Wuxi this time and specifically chose the Yunxi High-altitude Hotel, which completely exceeded my expectations! As soon as we entered the room, my mom couldn't help but exclaim, ”The view is amazing!” The floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of Wuxi city, and right across the street is the Sanyang Plaza subway entrance, making subway travel incredibly convenient."

"This hotel is strategically located and very near Metro station which is about 180m away. Going to places of interest was convenience and easy using the metro station. There were a number of eateries in the vicinity. Thumb-up for the cleanliness and helpful staff. We have a good and relaxing 3 nights stay and will book this hotel again if we come back to Wuxi the next time.."

"Good location, many food store, near nanchang street, but no drink water, but there is a dispenser near check in counter if you want. The reseptionis up grade my room to double room and when the room smelt ciggarette smoke she change into family room with no charge. The allow smoking."

"On the day of check-in, the charming lady at the front desk upgraded my room type. The room was incredibly spacious – it was my first time sleeping in a 2-meter wide bed, and it was truly enormous! For this price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is easily accessible, right next to Donglin Academy, and there are tons of food delivery options. Just a heads-up: the hotel names can be a bit confusing. When I arrived by taxi, I didn't double-check the address carefully and ended up at a different Jinjiang Inn (the Nanchansi branch) in another area. My food delivery also got sent there."

"For my trip to Wuxi, I chose the InterContinental Hotel for a three-night stay. The hotel proactively called and added me on WeChat for communication. Eleanor, one of the staff members, provided exceptional service. She upgraded us to the 37th floor, the highest in the hotel. The hotel has many spacious and fast elevators. Our room was large, and the hand soap had a particularly pleasant fragrance. The view from the window was unobstructed, offering a magnificent panorama from above. Eleanor also offered great suggestions for our travel itinerary, helping us plan our activities more efficiently. On the second day of our trip, when the weather changed, she even reminded us to dress warmly. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, its location is still excellent. The lobby is grand, and taxis are easily accessible. The Ningbo Museum, the closest attraction, is even within walking distance. (There seems to be a mix-up here, as the review mentions Wuxi but then 'Ningbo Museum'. I'll assume it meant Wuxi Museum or a local museum in Wuxi based on the context of the trip.) The hotel's breakfast is served on the 5th floor, and the most distinctive item was the Wuxi xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) – plentiful and delicious, much better than many found outside. It's a shame the hotel no longer offers a dinner buffet; I would have loved to try it. Let me also outline my three-day itinerary: Day 1: Liyuan Garden, then Three Kingdoms City & Water Margin City, followed by an evening visit to Nanchang Street. Day 2: Yuantouzhu Park in the morning, Wuxi Zoo in the afternoon, and an evening stroll through Huishan Ancient Town. On the final day, with only a half-day left, after breakfast, I visited the Wuxi Museum, hitting a total of seven attractions. I do have a couple of minor points regarding the hotel's amenities. The toothbrush felt a bit sticky on the teeth and wasn't very good. Also, tissues were only available in the bathroom, not near the bed, and the tissue quality wasn't the best. Overall, it's a very good hotel. There are still some attractions in Wuxi that I haven't visited, and if I come back to Wuxi, I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"This was my second stay at Hotel Nikko. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are perfectly functional. The room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel boasts an excellent location; Nanchang Street is directly opposite, and the adjacent Yangchun Lane has everything you could want: Chinese and Western restaurants, bars, KTVs, and massage parlors. Unfortunately, the 21st-floor restaurant was under renovation, so I was directed to the 22nd floor. The menu there was quite limited. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; they even offered me a private dining room, with food brought up from the 2nd floor. I suppose it was more about enjoying the ambiance. I look forward to trying the restaurant again on my next visit to Wuxi."
