I booked this hotel in a hurry for a gathering in Wuxi, as I had a flight to catch. Even before I arrived, the hotel's service manager was already on top of things, starting with a free upgrade to an executive room and warm water already in the room. It was an excellent experience from the get-go. Although the hotel is close to the East Station, so there's some train noise, and the coffee machine in the new room wasn't fully operational yet, these minor issues couldn't detract from their outstanding service. The breakfast was also superb, and the service from the front desk to the restaurant and the manager was all top-notch. The location is super convenient for getting to East Station, the airport, Jiangyin, and various tourist attractions. There are plenty of parking and charging facilities. As a new hotel, it offers great value for money.

It was already ten o'clock when I arrived. I called the boss without finding a place at the beginning. The boss carefully guided the direction and upgraded the room for free. It was super porridge when I entered the room with my son. The proprietress was super enthusiastic. It was a very pleasant stay. It is recommended 👍🏻

I booked this hotel for the Wanshan Lake Marathon, and it's conveniently located just 1 km from the start/finish line. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with a great view from the window. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even gave us a welcome gift bag, and our breakfast was packed and ready by 6 AM. We were also able to get a late checkout in the afternoon, which was perfect for heading back to the hotel to rest after the race, leisurely shower, change, and then head home!

Let's be real: The front desk staff, both the charming ladies and handsome gentlemen, were incredibly warm and always ready to help. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate wet/dry area and a smart toilet. The bed was super comfortable. The gym and laundry facilities were top-notch. Breakfast was extensive, with delicious rice noodles, regular noodles, wontons, and even little shrimp. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent! Five-star rating!

This was my first time staying in a room at the Wanzhou Marathon, and the location was incredibly convenient, just over 100 meters from the start and finish line – no need to store luggage at all! The room faced south towards the lake and north towards a commercial street, the environment was fantastic. The room was a family room, very clean and comfortable! The service was particularly noteworthy, especially the receptionist, Xiao Zhu, who was efficient and responsive. They delivered a customized breakfast to my room around 5 pm after the marathon; and after the race, there was even ginger tea left at my door – so thoughtful! A fantastic first experience! Decided to take my child and parents to Wuxi last minute for the May Day holiday. Many hotels had significantly increased their prices for the holiday, but this one didn't seem to hike them up too much. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave snacks to my child, who was thrilled. The room was simple, and for the price, the bedding was quite comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and surprisingly, they even had prawns! There's a lake park nearby where you can take a stroll. After checking out, we visited the nearby Pingshan Scenic Area, and the sea of flowers on Jiaoyang Middle Road was really lovely.

My stay this time was mainly for a marathon. The hotel was quite close to the starting point, making it very convenient to walk there 😌. The hotel was also very clean. The unexpected surprise was that breakfast was available at 5:30 AM on the day of the marathon, and I even received some race supplies from the front desk in the morning. Vienna really thought of everything – I have to give them a thumbs up! 👍
