This hotel truly embodies a Japanese-style management philosophy, with attention to detail evident everywhere. Even during the Spring Festival, the service was impeccable. They even upgraded my room for free, helped me mail a package, and took my order for dinner late at night. The hotel's food was exquisite, and the staff were professional and meticulous. It was a truly enjoyable stay, and I'll definitely be back!

I booked the Radisson Hotel in Wuxi on short notice. The front desk called me in advance to send me the hotel location, which was very helpful for me as a visitor from out of town. I checked in very late at night, and the room was quite nice, spacious and clean. I took a shower that night, and in the morning I tried their breakfast, which had a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, I had a very good stay, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Wuxi.

It was my first time to visit Wuxi and I booked this newly opened hotel with the intention of giving it a try. Unexpectedly, I was amazed by the experience. The room has a small balcony and a washing machine where you can dry clothes. And there is a small supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel is also in the business district. It is convenient to take the subway when going out. I will choose this hotel next time I travel to Wuxi.
