This hotel is in a great location, close to Wuxi East Station, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and there's even robot delivery! There are also many snack shops nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The boss was very nice and helped upgrade the room to a twin. The room was very large and even had a sofa and a large desk. It was very well decorated and clean. The shower button was very difficult to turn, especially with shower gel on my hands. It was even more slippery and difficult to turn. I ended up wrapping a towel around the button to open it. 🤣 The room door has a police app password lock, which is very secure. It has an anti-theft lock but no anti-theft chain. An anti-theft chain would have been much better. I forgot to take a photo, but it is exactly the same as the boss's picture.

The room is clean. Star Sleep service is excellent, the morning is delicious, very good.

Staying at the Ruffle Hotel felt like being on top of the city. The room was spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the sparkling city lights at night – truly mesmerizing! The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated! There was a large bathtub in the room, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. The king-sized bed was also a fantastic experience, incredibly comfortable! The room was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning lady was very friendly. I felt right at home here; the attention to detail was impeccable, making it the perfect sanctuary during my trip. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

I came to Wuxi to see cherry blossoms. I chose this hotel because of the convenient transportation. The overall feeling is very good. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The room is large, clean and well-equipped. I asked the front desk guy because I didn’t bring a charger. Brother, I asked the little robot to bring one up. All in all, the experience was very good. I will come again next time~

There are many restaurants around the hotel and we are spoiled with choices to choose what to eat. The overall service is very good and the receptionist is very friendly. The prices of hotels during the May Day holiday are much more expensive than usual. I didn't expect that I accidentally booked Maipeng. Not only is the price not expensive, but the service is also very good. There are welcome fruits, the room is also very large, the breakfast is rich in variety, and there are freshly cooked wonton noodles, which taste great. The most surprising thing for the children is that they can play snooker in the lobby. I will definitely choose to stay here next time. The night view of Nianhua Bay is beautiful at night, and there are many performances. It is worth a visit.
