The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff, especially the young lady, was super enthusiastic. She not only upgraded our room but also brought us some delicious, sweet fruit. The room itself was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. The young lady was incredibly thoughtful; when my friend wasn't feeling well, she helped us arrange a late check-out. Our four-day stay was absolutely fantastic.

When I visited Huishan Ancient Town in February, I noticed Atour was under renovation. The location was fantastic, and I immediately decided I'd bring my family here once it opened. We finally made it in late May. We booked six rooms, mostly river-view. The rooms were very clean and well-arranged; a small balcony would have made them absolutely perfect. Everyone in the family was very satisfied, especially the elderly, who could easily return to the hotel to rest when they got tired. There were also plenty of food options nearby. It was truly a delightful trip.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the sheets were neatly made, and the mattress was so soft and comfortable that I slept soundly through the night. The room layout was well-designed, the lighting was soft and not glaring, and the attention to detail was evident. The service was also very attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! The free parking is fantastic!! The location is also convenient, with a subway station nearby!

The first room on the 8th floor had a noisy water heater right above it, constantly buzzing. We switched to a second room, but the bedroom light couldn't be turned off with the smart assistant or the switch unless we pulled out the key card. The third room we got had a window that wouldn't close properly, and the main door couldn't be double-locked. Also, the shower water wasn't consistently hot; it would suddenly get a bit cold. Breakfast selection was limited, typical of a budget hotel. Overall, a poor experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and fast, and they are patient to answer when they have questions. It makes people feel very kind. As a budget hotel chain, Home Inn has outstanding performance in terms of cost performance, affordable, and service and hardware are not discounted. Safety management is also in place, and you can live with peace of mind and peace of mind. Staying at the Holiday Inn Express Wuxi Xishan with kids was so worry-free! The room had children's toiletries and safety stickers – such a thoughtful touch! There was even a small toy as a welcome gift. Breakfast included children's meals, and the surrounding area was convenient for kids. The staff were incredibly patient with children. A truly amazing family-friendly hotel that gives parents a break – highly recommended! Although there was a minor hiccup during the trip, the staff resolved it very kindly. X ❤️❤️❤️ The service was so thoughtful!

Friendly front desk staffs, ordered delivery and was sent to my room via a robot, when I fell asleep, they took good care of my belongings and passed it to me. Front desk would also give a simple greeting whenever you walk across the lobby. Convenient location, delicious food and near the shopping mall. Hot water was instantaneous and does not require any waiting time, overall a very good experience.
