Staying at the Holiday Inn Express Wuxi Xishan with kids was so worry-free! The room had children's toiletries and safety stickers – such a thoughtful touch! There was even a small toy as a welcome gift. Breakfast included children's meals, and the surrounding area was convenient for kids. The staff were incredibly patient with children. A truly amazing family-friendly hotel that gives parents a break – highly recommended! Although there was a minor hiccup during the trip, the staff resolved it very kindly. Huge thanks to Miss Pan at the front desk! She gave both my kids a lovely makeup bag gift, which included fridge magnets and lucky bags – they absolutely loved them. We specifically booked the Afu Suite to experience something unique to Huishan, and it was on the 16th-floor executive level. The environment and hygiene were definitely commendable, and the breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely choose this place first next time we visit!

The hotel bed was large, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and there were many dining options nearby. Overall, it was quite good, and I would stay here again.

Great Location directly in Huishan scenic area, we stayed in a separate house and had to go to the main building for breakfast, which has a good variety. The room was exceptionally clean and has good soundproofing. Very spacious shower. The gym area is very small. Self service Laundry is included.
