Seriously, this hotel is amazing for tourists! The location is super convenient, close to attractions, and it's easy to catch a taxi or bus right outside. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, making it really convenient for an evening stroll. Ella at the front desk was fantastic – so kind and enthusiastic. She made check-in a breeze, and patiently helped us with directions and recommendations for local eateries, even suggesting some hidden gems where locals go. Our room was spotless, no weird smells at all, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, I practically fell asleep the moment I lay down. The soundproofing was also excellent; it was completely quiet at night, which really boosted my sleep quality. The bathroom was clean, hot water came quickly, and all the toiletries were provided, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. A comfortable stay really makes a difference when you're traveling, and I was incredibly satisfied this time. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers – you won't be disappointed!

This hotel is centrally located in Xishan District, making it very convenient to get to the high-speed train station. The front desk staff was efficient during check-in and thoughtfully explained the facilities and restaurant operating hours. The guest rooms are well-designed. The gym on the 6th floor has new equipment, and you can enjoy city views and nightscapes while running by the floor-to-ceiling windows. During check-out, the front desk proactively asked for feedback on my stay, showcasing a truly warm and attentive service.

Travel is very convenient, the door is the subway, health is good, this price is in this location, I think it is still very good, value for money! Sound insulation is a bit problematic, but all hotels at this price are like this, so it is acceptable.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation, and self-parking was hassle-free. The check-in process was efficient at the front desk, with a clear and straightforward procedure, and the service was thoughtful. A special thanks to Front Desk Agent C for their excellent service. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The en-suite bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The common areas were neat and clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The overall hotel environment is simple yet grand. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel has free parking, the air conditioning is sufficient, the water pressure is strong, the water temperature is stable, the room is clean and tidy. We arrived at the hotel very late, and the front desk service was also very good. We stayed here when our house was not cleaned up. It was very convenient and I will stay here again next time.

This is a well-established five-star hotel that locals know well. The rooms have all been renovated and are quite new and nice. The breakfast is fresh and abundant, and the price is very reasonable, similar to what you'd pay at a Ji Hotel or Atour Hotel. However, I personally feel that the service details and facilities here are significantly better. The location is actually very convenient; it's about a ten-minute taxi ride to Nanchang Street and Hang Lung Plaza, and around twenty minutes to Huishan Old Town. There are also many good quality restaurants around the hotel that you can find on Dianping. This is my go-to choice when booking accommodation for friends and family visiting from out of town. This time, I booked four rooms for my relatives for two nights. A special thank you to the front desk attendant on the left side of the lobby entrance (I couldn't quite make out her name due to my eyesight) who worked on 4.3 and 4.5. She was gentle, warm, and incredibly patient. She thought of everything, both what you'd expect and what you wouldn't, making her very meticulous and thoughtful. I also really appreciate Manager Huang for being so understanding of the children's mistakes. I'm not sure what experiences those who left negative reviews about the service had, but I believe the front desk staff I interacted with and Manager Huang completely exemplified the hotel's star rating.
