The hotel's location is excellent, as expected from an established European five-star hotel. The service is top-notch. The room's amenities are impressive, and we even received an upgrade. The hot water supply was excellent, and the towels were of high quality. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Both the cleanliness and service at the hotel are first-rate. My only minor disappointment was the breakfast, which didn't quite live up to the five-star standard of the rest of the hotel. Dining options around the hotel are convenient, with several good restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel's service is very accommodating. Our train was departing late in the afternoon, and when we requested a 3 PM late checkout, they quickly agreed, which was a great convenience for us.

I stayed at the Ascott Liangxi Science and Technology City Wuxi for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. The location is convenient for getting around, and the rooms come with a full kitchen and bathroom, making them feel very homely. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the front desk staff were responsive. The intelligent robot service was a big plus, and the public leisure facilities were well-maintained. There's one minor detail that could be improved: the breakfast restaurant staff did not wear a uniform, and their attire was mismatched, which made their service image seem less professional and not in line with a high-end service apartment. I suggest strengthening dress code management. Overall, this is a minor flaw that doesn't detract from the overall positive experience.

On a business trip to Wuxi, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel has a simple yet elegant overall environment, and its excellent location makes getting around by taxi very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I particularly love Hilton's bedding – it's so comfortable and provides a great night's sleep after a busy day. The internet is fast, perfect for getting work done. The front desk staff were responsive and even helped with laundry, which is a lifesaver for business travelers. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Hilton Garden Inn will definitely be my top choice for future business trips!

This is a well-established five-star hotel that locals know well. The rooms have all been renovated and are quite new and nice. The breakfast is fresh and abundant, and the price is very reasonable, similar to what you'd pay at a Ji Hotel or Atour Hotel. However, I personally feel that the service details and facilities here are significantly better. The location is actually very convenient; it's about a ten-minute taxi ride to Nanchang Street and Hang Lung Plaza, and around twenty minutes to Huishan Old Town. There are also many good quality restaurants around the hotel that you can find on Dianping. This is my go-to choice when booking accommodation for friends and family visiting from out of town. This time, I booked four rooms for my relatives for two nights. A special thank you to the front desk attendant on the left side of the lobby entrance (I couldn't quite make out her name due to my eyesight) who worked on 4.3 and 4.5. She was gentle, warm, and incredibly patient. She thought of everything, both what you'd expect and what you wouldn't, making her very meticulous and thoughtful. I also really appreciate Manager Huang for being so understanding of the children's mistakes. I'm not sure what experiences those who left negative reviews about the service had, but I believe the front desk staff I interacted with and Manager Huang completely exemplified the hotel's star rating.

Overall, the room environment is average. Before coming, I called the front desk to ask if the hotel is noisy because it is facing the street. Although I thought it would be noisy, the front desk said it would not be noisy at night. I didn't expect that there would be large cars passing by all night. It was really noisy. The hotel facilities are also relatively old.

Didn't expect a hotel at this price to be so good; it could really compete with Atour! Definitely a five-star review. Although I was in a hurry and didn't get any photos, I truly recommend it.

The hotel's breakfast is delicious and the front desk service is thoughtful. I also served you tea. I will order it again next time I come to Wuxi. The pillows are a little more comfortable than other similar hotels. It is very friendly to horse racers. Parking is free and you can go in and out all the time. There are Yaohan nearby to visit, which is very convenient.
