An experience that exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city's commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and finding food. Renmin Hospital is directly across the street, and Nanchang Street is just 3 kilometers away. The room's soundproofing is excellent, the bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's a laundry room, a takeout delivery table, a snack bar, a restaurant (with a microwave for complimentary use), and a refrigerator in the linen room on the third floor – truly everything you could need to meet diverse demands. The staff are always smiling and provide attentive service, making guests feel incredibly welcome. Definitely a five-star rating!

Traveling with my dog during the ***** New Year has always been a challenge, until I discovered this amazing hotel! I only knew Ascott as the top brand for serviced apartments, but I didn't realize Somerset was under their umbrella. So the quality is naturally guaranteed. Plus, it's pet-friendly – nearly all the guests around us had furry friends. I used to always stay at Hualuxe in the same building, but now I'm definitely switching to Somerset without a second thought. All the rooms even have their own washing machines, which is super convenient! 🥰

Environment: The ambiance is amazing! Make sure to request a room facing the hotel garden. The view is absolutely stunning! It's right next to Hotel Indigo and the Wetland Park – both the daytime and nighttime views are spectacular. I literally gasped when I walked in, haha. Service: The service attitude and response speed were excellent. I accidentally bumped my foot, and a staff member immediately came to my room with a first-aid kit to help. When I couldn't find the switch for the overhead light at night, someone came right away to assist. Big thanks to them! It felt like any issue could be resolved. Breakfast: My partner and I have had hotel breakfasts at many places. The variety here is top-notch, truly impressive. However, the taste… let's just say it's more like an NPC (non-player character) level, haha. It's incredibly diverse – they have tofu pudding, noodles, wontons, salads, stir-fried vegetables, pastries, xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), and an egg station. But honestly, after trying a bit of everything, nothing really stood out as delicious, which was a bit awkward. Hope they can improve on that.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, travel and shopping are worry-free, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation effect was good, I slept well, the front desk staff was warm, the check-in and check-out efficiency was high, and the demand response was very timely. The public area has an elegant environment, good hygiene and a warm and comfortable overall atmosphere.

The hotel's location is quite unique: it's incredibly close to the Taihu International Expo Center, within walking distance, which is very convenient for business events. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it ideal for exhibitions and business trips. While it's directly accessible by subway, making transportation fairly convenient, dining options nearby are limited. Although the rooms show some age, they are spotlessly clean and tidy, meeting international chain hotel standards. The breakfast, in particular, is outstanding, with a rich variety of options, including plenty of hot dishes like noodles and wontons, leaving me very satisfied. Overall, it offers good value for money for business stays.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and highly recommend it! The location is superb, just a few steps from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, catching trains, and sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Due to my personal schedule, they kindly extended my check-out by two hours for free, which was a truly heartwarming gesture of humanized service. The room was clean and comfortable with relatively new facilities. Although not large, it was well-equipped with everything, including a fridge and a washing machine. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi! Five stars, no doubt!

The room is very spacious, bright and clean. The service is also very good. There are robots delivering food. The location of the hotel is very prosperous. There are supermarkets and restaurants below, as well as shopping malls and large shopping centers. It overlooks the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake.

I booked this hotel for a marathon, and it was right at the finish line, so I could head straight to my room to shower and rest after the race. They even started breakfast early at 4:30 AM and offered a shuttle service to the starting line, which was incredibly convenient. If the race is held here again next year, I'd definitely book this hotel again. Sia at the front desk also provided great service.
