The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was spotless and well-arranged, and the bed was just the right firmness for a great night's sleep. All the toiletries were provided, and both the hot water and Wi-Fi were excellent. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very welcoming and quick to respond to any requests. For this price, the experience was incredible value for money. Five-star recommendation!
We stayed here as a couple for a short visit, and overall it was a solid, budget-friendly option with good value for money.
The room was generally clean, OK but nothing outstanding. One thing worth mentioning is the linen condition: the towels were clean and usable, but a couple had small holes from wear, and the bed sheets had a few light stains. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but if you’re very picky about spotless linens, it might bother you. Hopefully the hotel can improve this.
Location-wise, it worked fine for what we needed, but it’s not close to tourist attractions or particularly interesting spots, honestly, we picked it mainly because it was affordable.
We slept well, but keep in mind there’s construction across the street. The windows help, but you can still hear some noise in the morning, so if you’re hoping to sleep in, it could be a downside.
In general: a comfortable, economical stay with decent cleanliness and good value, with a few small improvements needed.

This hotel is quite upscale, truly living up to its five-star rating. My spouse and I traveled during the off-season, avoiding the cherry blossom festival rush. We booked a twin-bedded lake view room, which was excellent, well-equipped, and very clean. The large window offered a beautiful view of Lihu Lake and Liyuan Garden, with picturesque lake and mountain scenery.
Yuantouzhu Scenic Area is right across the lake. The hotel even provides complimentary speedboat tickets to Yuantouzhu, but my spouse gets seasick, so we opted for a taxi instead. It was a very short ride, only 5 or 6 minutes. Once inside Yuantouzhu, we took a sightseeing bus to the ferry terminal and then a boat to Taihu Immortal Island – the scenery there was absolutely stunning.
Liyuan Garden is also directly opposite the hotel, and they provided complimentary boat tickets for a cruise around Lihu Lake. The shimmering water and reflections of the mountains were lovely. Liyuan Garden itself is beautiful, rich in history and culture, with the romantic legends of Fan Li and Xi Shi. Strolling along the lake amidst the pavilions, terraces, waterside structures, and long corridors was incredibly pleasant.
The hotel service was excellent. Whether it was the housekeeping staff or the staff in the lobby and restaurant, everyone was polite and enthusiastic. We stayed for 3 nights, and although it cost us a month's pension, it was worth it. The restaurant food was also good, except for our last dinner, where both the meat and greens served were quite tough, making them difficult for us seniors to chew. With the increasing number of elderly travelers, it would be wonderful if the hotel could be even more accommodating to their needs in this regard.

An absolutely fantastic stay! Atour, as always, delivers consistent quality. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. The location next to MixC is super convenient for getting around and dining. Both rooms we booked were excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Wuxi. Highly recommend!
The hotel is conveniently located near the subway.
Amenities: A self-service washing machine and dryer are provided, which is very convenient. The room was very quiet; you couldn't hear traffic outside, which was quite nice. However, the air conditioner in the room was in serious need of maintenance. It was loud and noisy all night long, making it impossible to sleep. It was so noisy and disruptive to our sleep. We arrived late at night, so we didn't notice it at first, even when talking. But by the time we got to bed, the noise was incredibly noticeable.
Environment: The room was very clean.
Service: The front desk lady was very helpful and promptly addressed any needs. One night, for some reason, the door kept beeping when I closed it. I tried several times but it didn't work. I called front desk, and they told me to fix it, so we sent for engineering. After several attempts, it fixed it, so I called back. They said they'd still send for engineering. When the engineer arrived, perhaps because it was too late, he was very rude and gave us a lecture. Seriously, we paid for it. Even if you're angry about making a wasted trip during business hours, you should still be polite. It really disrupts your mood. Let me tell you about the air conditioner. It's really loud.
This time I came to Wuxi to run a marathon, and I was really satisfied with staying in this hotel! First of all, the hotel is very new, with complete facilities and a modern and atmospheric decoration style, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The room is clean and tidy, the hygiene is very good, and I feel at ease staying there.
The service was also impressive. The staff were enthusiastic and responsive, especially the late check-out service, which was very thoughtful and gave me plenty of time to rest and organize after the game. It really helped a lot!
In general, this stay experience was great, both the hardware facilities and the service quality were impeccable. Next time I come to Wuxi, I will definitely choose here again! Highly recommended to friends coming to Wuxi!

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and tidy, the front desk staff are patient and attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, making for a good travel experience.
Stayed in Wuxi for three days and wanted to experience a historic hotel. The lobby was very distinctive, and the room was spacious. The construction site next door was closed for the New Year's Day holiday, and the hotel even thoughtfully warned about potential noise from it. The mattress was super comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, probably also because I was so tired from all the activities. The only downside was that food deliveries weren't brought up by a robot, so I had to go down to pick them up every time. There's a great soup dumpling place nearby, and the roasted chestnuts from the shop right outside are delicious too.
This hotel was a very cheap price which is why I stayed here. 24 US Dollars!! For the price I wasn't expecting much and really can't complain. I had an okay stay. The bed was pleasant and clean, shower was okay enough, TV was fine. Floor was quiet enough. Some kids were being a bit crazy and making a lot of noise but was all good. A drinking party perhaps but they did not bother me. I woke up late and did not try the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. All in all I had a pleasant enough stay and really enjoyed my day in the area. The fantastic Wanda mall is walking distance away and has tons of great shops and a huge IMAX theater. Lots of good food, coffee, ice cream etc. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash in Wuxi I can recommend it. The manager was very sweet and even stopped me to give me a couple cans of Pepsi on the way out as a gift haha. Would stay again if I needed to be in this area.
True to its international youth hostel roots, the location is incredibly convenient and it boasts a distinct artistic flair. The rooms don't come with tissue boxes or complimentary bottled water, but there's a purified water dispenser available at reception. It was very quiet this season; perhaps all the former hostel-dwellers have simply grown older. While there are common areas for guests to mingle, they were completely deserted. The owner was engrossed in his guitar, with a little Teddy dog faithfully by his side.

GGuest UserI chose to come to Shantou in the cherry blossom season with my family. By the way, I went to other attractions in Wuxi. I compared some economic hotels. Finally, I chose the Hanting Hotel in Hubin. It is very convenient to drive to nearby hotels. There is also a bus downstairs. You can take the cherry blossom line near the subway station. of.
Booked a 1.8 rice bed room to sleep comfortably, breakfast is mainly Chinese, there will also be bread and several small cakes, siu mai and some vegetables are good, Xiaoyan always has to come to a bowl is very delicious. Good hotel choice for travel.
LLilicaoerThe hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious. The style is reminiscent of a state-run guesthouse, focusing on affordability. The surrounding snack options are decent, and since I was traveling with elders, they were quite satisfied. It's a good fit for seniors who aren't too particular about modern decor. From the outside, it looks unassuming, but it's actually quite large inside, with several buildings and even robot room service. If the hotel could upgrade its facilities and ambiance, it would be even more popular. For younger guests, it might feel like a blast from the 90s. It's also conveniently located for sightseeing. I recommend visiting Huishan Ancient Town; the night view is stunning, and the old houses in the daytime have their own unique charm.
YYeyuanxinzhizhuOutFacilities: The facilities are relatively complete, Mahjong contact is cleaned
Hygienic: The sanitation in the room is quite clean, which is acceptable to me, a clean person
Environment: The surrounding environment is good, very quiet, and the traffic is convenient
Service: The front desk service attitude is OK.
GGuest UserIt has a refrigerator, washing machine and everything, very convenient, really nice, clean and tidy, and very cost-effective. I highly recommend it, and the service is great too!
GGuest UserFrom the outside, it looks like a very inconspicuous family hotel, but the room is clean and tidy, and there are commonly used electrical equipment, such as air conditioning, TV, hot water bottle; WIFI is also available, but the speed is not fast enough; the bathroom equipment is a bit old, but it can be used normally.
The hotel owner is a very enthusiastic old brother, who speaks kindly and is very talkative, and will give you a lot of travel advice, very practical!
This hotel really makes you feel good value for money, not what I said above, but this hotel is close to the subway exit, travel is very convenient! In terms of overall evaluation, the overall situation of the hotel is worthy of this price! !
