The room was new, and they even upgraded us. Breakfast was included, although the food was a little cold when we went to eat. Everything else was great; the facilities and amenities were all new, and the bathtub even had a liner.

Very good, not bad. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming. The room is very clean. Parking at the door is also very convenient. The hygiene is also very good. It is quiet and not noisy. The environment is good. I will come again next time.

Experienced this newly opened Atour Hotel, the overall stay was particularly satisfactory. The front desk staff was warm and courteous, the check-in efficiency was very high, and the communication response was very fast. The public area of the hotel smells fresh and soft, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The room facilities are all new configuration, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is soft, all kinds of daily necessities are fully equipped, and it is very comfortable to live. The sound insulation effect exceeded expectations. After closing the door, the corridor noise and external noise were basically isolated. Sleeping quietly at night, and the quality of sleep was very good. In particular, I should praise Atour's late-night porridge road, return to the hotel late, can drink a bowl of steaming porridge, with simple snacks, warm heart and warm stomach, very good to relieve the fatigue of business trips. From hardware facilities to humanistic details, this hotel is highly recommended whether it is a business trip or a short trip.

My kids are grown up now, so I specifically booked a family room for this trip. The hotel started off great, but then I noticed the attention to detail was lacking! First, the single bed in the room was a spring bed, and the mattress was clearly old and deeply sunken in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My child didn't complain, but as a parent, I felt quite uneasy. Since it's a family room, why wouldn't they provide a standard single bed? Secondly, the restaurant service. The coffee machine needed cleaning, and I even told a staff member, but by the time we finished our meal, the coffee still hadn't been served. Breakfast in the restaurant goes until 10 AM, but when we went at 9:30 AM, some dishes and drinks were no longer being refilled. I don't think this is right. They don't offer a discount for eating after 9:30 AM, so shouldn't all food items be fully stocked?

I stayed at this hotel for the Wuxi Marathon, and the service was absolutely fantastic! The hotel really went above and beyond for the race, paying attention to every detail, and I was genuinely touched. 1️⃣ Upon check-in, the front desk gave us a bag of drinks and snacks, wished us good luck with the race, and provided a transportation guide for the event. 2️⃣ Breakfast was specially moved up to 5 AM, allowing participants to eat at the hotel in time. The breakfast itself was clean, with plenty of carbs and protein. 3️⃣ Check-out was extended to 2:30 PM, so after finishing the full marathon, I was able to come back, shower, and leave feeling refreshed and comfortable. 4️⃣ When we returned after the race, the hotel had a table set up with bananas, yogurt, and brown sugar ginger tea to welcome us. A staff member greeted us warmly, offered us tea, and even pressed the elevator button for us.

Location & Transportation: ”The hotel is conveniently located right next to an intersection, making it easy to get in and out. Although it faces the street, it's very well soundproofed.” Room Experience: ”We stayed in a twin room, and it was more spacious than we expected. The mattress was just the right firmness, and there were two pillow options: down and buckwheat. The shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came quickly.” Cleanliness: ”Overall, it was very clean, and the bedding was spotless white. However, there were some old stains on the carpet edges and a small amount of limescale in the bathroom corners.”

First of all, the environment of this youth hostel is good. There are flowers and plants in the courtyard that are suitable for taking pictures. Secondly, the location is good. It is close to Rongxiang Old Street. There is a subway nearby and it is convenient to travel.

I was visiting Wuxi and after looking around nearby hotels, I chose the newly renovated Hanting. I originally booked two nights, but ended up staying just one. Located on Taihu Avenue, it's conveniently located. The front desk staff was generally friendly, though they were a bit overly helpful when asking guests to scan a QR code on their phones during check-in. The room, with its easy-to-care-for plastic, looked very clean. The soundproofing was poor, and as a light sleeper, I could clearly hear my neighbors talking in the middle of the night. The couple upstairs weren't arguing, but they were crying until 2 or 3 a.m.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway. Amenities: A self-service washing machine and dryer are provided, which is very convenient. The room was very quiet; you couldn't hear traffic outside, which was quite nice. However, the air conditioner in the room was in serious need of maintenance. It was loud and noisy all night long, making it impossible to sleep. It was so noisy and disruptive to our sleep. We arrived late at night, so we didn't notice it at first, even when talking. But by the time we got to bed, the noise was incredibly noticeable. Environment: The room was very clean. Service: The front desk lady was very helpful and promptly addressed any needs. One night, for some reason, the door kept beeping when I closed it. I tried several times but it didn't work. I called front desk, and they told me to fix it, so we sent for engineering. After several attempts, it fixed it, so I called back. They said they'd still send for engineering. When the engineer arrived, perhaps because it was too late, he was very rude and gave us a lecture. Seriously, we paid for it. Even if you're angry about making a wasted trip during business hours, you should still be polite. It really disrupts your mood. Let me tell you about the air conditioner. It's really loud.

The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious. The style is reminiscent of a state-run guesthouse, focusing on affordability. The surrounding snack options are decent, and since I was traveling with elders, they were quite satisfied. It's a good fit for seniors who aren't too particular about modern decor. From the outside, it looks unassuming, but it's actually quite large inside, with several buildings and even robot room service. If the hotel could upgrade its facilities and ambiance, it would be even more popular. For younger guests, it might feel like a blast from the 90s. It's also conveniently located for sightseeing. I recommend visiting Huishan Ancient Town; the night view is stunning, and the old houses in the daytime have their own unique charm.
