酒店服務很好，但無奈硬件設施太不盡如人意：
隔音很差，走廊上開關門、拖行李，馬路上汽車的鳴笛聲都聽得一清二楚；
地毯很黑很臟，而且款式也很難看；
床墊太軟，睡完覺腰不太舒服；
衣櫃門有些變形了，沒法完全關上，導致燈一直亮的，好在不影響睡覺。
