The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, they were very helpful in finding a solution for us. Since we visited on a weekend, we were able to park next to China Telecom. We originally booked a superior room, but it felt a bit dark and the lighting wasn't great. We spoke to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room, which was great! The bedding at Atour is, as always, incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was also good, with all the basic offerings.

I want to share my experience: the first night I stayed at another hotel, and it was pretty good! But when I arrived at Jinjiang for the second night, I realized the service from the staff here was absolutely outstanding – so thoughtful! They had special toiletries and a small toy for my baby, and even offered a complimentary plum juice drink to each person. In the evening, they brought desserts 🍮. Today, upon check-out, the staff member even gave my child a gift bag. The attention to detail is truly impressive! So heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, the service is excellent 👍

We chose this skyscraper hotel for different experience. We arrived on Saturday and it was super busy and loud everywhere, but next day it got much calmer. We asked to be moved from smoking permitted room to non smoking, because of the smell and also to higher floor (37), because you could still heat the traffic on 22nd floor. The reception was helpful with our requests. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. If you want different experience, go for it, but be prepared for crowds of people entering and leaving the lift all the time! Can be bit frustrating. Recommended Nanchan street is typical loud commercial walking street, but just across the water we found super nice and calm area, which we loved.

I'm giving this hotel five stars primarily because of its incredibly convenient location. It's right next to the high-speed train station, making transportation a breeze with a subway and bus station nearby. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and shopping is super easy. The hotel's service quality is excellent, with staff who are polite and friendly. The entire hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a positive vibe. They also have great fitness facilities, including an indoor heated pool. The breakfast spread at the restaurant offers a good variety and tastes quite delicious.

The hotel facilities are quite outdated. Even though it's been renovated, the hardware still has shortcomings. Besides the room being spacious, I really wasn't satisfied with anything else during my stay. The underground parking garage is not very clean; in fact, it's very old and has an unpleasant smell that extends all the way to the first floor of the hotel. Every time I took the elevator to the garage, I held my breath. The breakfast was also very, very ordinary, mostly large round tables, giving off the vibe of a hotel that primarily caters to tour groups. The variety was extremely limited, just enough to fill your stomach. There was road construction right outside, which already made getting around inconvenient. To make matters worse, the underground parking garage still didn't have signs for 'Meilihao Hotel,' only for its predecessor, 'Wanda [some hotel name].' I had to call the front desk for directions. All in all, it was a rather disappointing choice. Oh, and another uncomfortable thing in the room was the mirror at the mini-bar. It had densely packed speckled patterns, which was really off-putting, especially at night with most of the lights off – it just looked even weirder. I really couldn't agree with the designer's aesthetic. My room also had a leaky roof, with peeling paint on the ceiling and large water stains. Lying in bed staring at those water stains, I couldn't fall asleep for a long time. Friends who are particular about environment, quality, and hygiene should think twice before booking here. I didn't take any photos because I didn't want to cause discomfort to others. (Every word typed by hand)

The night before, I stayed at the Degan Hotel next door, but they didn't have air conditioning. So, the next day I switched to this hotel. The main reason was its proximity, right next to Degan. Also, I called ahead to confirm they had AC. The highest temperature in Wuxi that day was 28-29 degrees Celsius, and their air conditioning was fantastic! 😄 This stay completely changed my impression of Home Inn Plus. The room was simply decorated, very new, and a good size – not cramped at all. The hygiene was good, and the bedding was comfortable. I also paid 39 yuan for the hotel's double breakfast. The food was delicious, and they even had freshly made noodles and shepherd's purse wontons. The service was excellent; the auntie even brought it to my table.

We brought our child to Wuxi and had a very comfortable stay. My child is a restless sleeper, so the king-size bed was perfect for them, and the bedding was just right – soft but not too soft – they slept soundly. The lobby is newly decorated, spacious, bright, and smells lovely. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the lobby manager was very friendly, personally escorting us to the elevator. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the dishes were fresh; I tried both the Americano and espresso, and both were delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Grand Orient Department Store, Chong'an Temple Pedestrian Street, and Abing's former residence. We had dinner with our child on the pedestrian street and were back at the hotel in no time. It's also just a few stops from Huishan Old Town and the Second Spring Under Heaven. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Wuxi.
