GGuest UserOverall very clean and tidy. We arrived very late, and the young lady was still guarding the front desk. She was very considerate and climbed up to the third floor to tell us that the car headlights were not turned off. The pickles for breakfast were amazing. They said they were homemade. I was too embarrassed to ask for more to take home. I even called the business Shiba Inu to play with me, but it was a pity that it turned against me after getting the delicious food. His eyes looked different after he was fed the egg yolk. He ran away without taking a bite. I forced him to take a photo.

MMilanThe temperature was below zero celsius and pipes were frozen, so no running water in toilet bowl. The builidng was poorly consturcted. Luckily there was warm water in shower and in toilet sink. The front agent was polite, helpful and professional.Perfect location.

The hotel is downstairs to the supermarket, KFC, large canteen, pharmacies, mobile companies, eating and shopping to buy medicine and other super convenient; There are perfect charging piles and cockroaches around to change the power station. Friends who drive new energy vehicles don’t have to worry about replenishing energy. The charging location is arranged for sunshade. In summer, they are not afraid of the sun. GGuest UserWe stayed in a triple room at the Kiln Hotel, which was very spacious and offered a distant view of the B-line mini-train returning to its station. The lobby, with its red brick dome, was incredibly well-designed. A special thank you to our concierge, Tiffany, who communicated with us in advance to confirm details. Despite being pregnant, she was still diligently at her post, meticulously and thoughtfully explaining the scenic routes. She was both gentle and professional. I was truly touched by her dedication and professionalism, so I absolutely have to give her a five-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room facilities are quite new and well-maintained; it seems to be a recently opened hotel, as many facilities are new.
When we were leaving, the main staircase had a power outage. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. Luckily, we had already packed our luggage, otherwise, carrying our luggage down from the upper floors would have been very difficult…
Luckily, we only had to carry it up three floors.

GGuest UserI drove 1,000 kilometers and only prayed for Lingshan. The inn has complete facilities and the environment is clean and tidy. The owner is kind and kind, making people feel at home. The food is sweet and delicious, and the service is warm and thoughtful. GGuest UserI usually don’t have enough to eat for dinner when I’m on a business trip. I secretly ordered a bowl of red noodle soup and a portion of fried abalone and mushrooms in the room in the evening. It tasted great and I immediately felt comfortable and warm. Although the hotel is located in a small town, the decoration is very grand and the front desk service is excellent. I will choose this hotel for future business trips.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from the train station, bus station, and subway, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. The owner is gracious and refined, just like the hotel's name, 'Su Chen.' Staying here truly enhanced our Wuxi trip and left us with wonderful memories. Highly recommended!
