"The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and quality that I really enjoyed. However, it might have been due to a holiday, but there was no one to seat us in the breakfast area. We basically had to find and grab tables ourselves, which made for a rather chaotic experience. The high-floor city view was indeed fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook. Plus, being right above a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. I had specifically requested a king-size bed when booking to make it easier with my child, and the hotel arranged it as requested, which was a thoughtful touch. However, staying with a child presented a few inconveniences: it was difficult for one person to pick up takeout with a child, as the hotel doesn't offer room delivery for external food. I had to go down twice by elevator to retrieve it myself, which was quite a hassle. The elevators were also rather slow, and during peak hours, we waited for a long time. As for amenities, only children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided; no children's toiletries, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, Kevin Chen from the concierge team deserves praise. His service attitude was excellent, and he was very proactive in helping with any requests, which made me feel very comfortable."

You can tell a lot of thought went into both the facility layout and the atmosphere, making it very relaxing to be in, with absolutely no discomfort. The service was even more impressive. The staff were gentle, warm, and polite, always patient and meticulous, ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. They weren't overly enthusiastic nor cold and indifferent, striking the perfect balance. They proactively helped solve problems, were responsible and considerate of customers at every turn, taking care of many small details that made me feel valued and respected. The entire communication process was smooth, and the experience was excellent; the service alone made it worth every penny. The value for money is also outstanding. Both the price and quality are well worth the cost, with no hidden fees or gimmicks. They genuinely focus on service and reputation. Among similar establishments, this one stands out in both hardware and software. The advantages are clear when comparing, truly delivering excellent value for money. Overall, this was a very pleasant, worry-free, and satisfying experience with no complaints whatsoever – smooth and comfortable throughout. You can tell the owner is serious about their work and genuinely cares for every guest, which is truly rare. I will prioritize staying here in the future and will sincerely recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues. Good businesses deserve to be seen by more people. "Facilities: The overall facilities in the room are quite new; it doesn't feel like an old hotel. The bathroom has a separate sliding door and is separated from the bed by a wall, which provides good sound insulation and privacy. There's a full-length mirror. The hairdryer is very powerful. Service: During the May Day holiday, they offered a short fireworks display in the evening, which was very impressive and significantly enhanced our stay. The greeters at the main entrance were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a buffet with a rich variety of dishes. Environment: The hotel's public areas are very beautiful and upscale. There are also accompanying dining options, which is convenient. The front desk mentioned that Jichangxuan (a restaurant) requires guests to queue in person, but it would be better if in-house guests could make phone reservations. Drawbacks: ① The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. While it didn't cause a major issue, it was definitely present. ② The room doors are quite heavy, and opening and closing them makes a loud noise, so you can hear other rooms' doors. ③ The disposable slippers were of average quality, with thin soles that weren't non-slip. Every time I stepped onto the small ledge in the bathroom, it was uncomfortable."

"The hotel is super convenient to get to – just turn right after exiting Sanyang Plaza Station (Subway Line 1, Exit 11A) and it’s a short walk away. If you're staying for a longer period, I recommend the executive suite. It's very spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, essential cooking utensils, and a washer/dryer. At night, you can enjoy panoramic views of Wuxi city."

A customer service representative followed up throughout my stay, asking if I was happy with the room and if I needed anything extra. The room itself was clean and tidy, and being on a high floor, the view was fantastic. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the need."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right across the road from the Nanchang Street Historical and Cultural District, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. The staff were attentive, warm, and patient. The front desk lady, number 29, was especially thoughtful; she helped my friend find pain relief patches when they twisted their ankle. They even proactively upgraded us to a bigger room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable."

"This place was absolutely amazing! A huge thanks to the front desk lady for the room upgrade; the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, I'm very satisfied. It was super clean, and the bed was so soft. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, I was blown away as soon as I arrived in Wuxi. They even have a gym! The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit tricky to manage. I'm not sure if the central AC was on a unified control at the time and only able to blow warm air, but the room was quite warm and I couldn't get the AC to cool it down."

"The room amenities were impeccable, and the location was super convenient, right in Nanxiangjie. It's about a 15-minute drive from Wuxi Station, and free parking is a bonus. Strolling around and grabbing a bite in the evening was incredibly pleasant, and there were plenty of breakfast options. However, I was surprised to find that the hotel no longer provides cotton pads, which is something to keep in mind."

I can recommend this hotel to sensitive people, breakfast was ok, do not expect 5 star for what you paid, it’s enough to make you full and have a nice cup of unlimited coffee, price is also very good for the room&service I received, it is walking distance from Nanchan temple and Nanchang Food street, 2 stops away from Wuxi Railway station Line 1, the hotel is 8 minutes walk from Sanyang Station Line 1🥰"
