The orange crystal design atmosphere is full, the room is clean and odorless, the smart facilities are easy to use, and the sound insulation is superb. The front desk service is warm, the mattress is soft and sleepy, the location is convenient, the price is super high, and I will choose this one next time I travel!

I was very fortunate to choose this Home Inn. It's right around the corner from Metro Exit 27 (no elevator), but I'd recommend Exit 24 for those with luggage as it has an elevator, and the distance is about the same – one is above ground, the other below. As for the hotel environment, it's very clean and cozy, the room is spacious enough, and the shower pressure is great for a comfortable wash. I especially want to commend the service; everyone was exceptionally friendly, proactive, polite, and patient, which made me feel very welcome. The location is convenient and well-connected, with many famous shopping malls just a 3-5 minute walk away. Nanchan Temple is a 20-minute walk, and Nanchang Street is 25 minutes. Downstairs, there are many restaurants, including century-old establishments, with good food. For light sleepers, I suggest a north-facing room as it's very quiet. South-facing rooms face a busy intersection, and traffic noise at night can be quite noticeable. Adding an extra layer of glass would make it absolutely perfect.

This hotel was an unexpected gem! With few reviews, I didn't have high expectations, but I was so pleasantly surprised after checking in. Xu Yuan's service attitude was excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect – incredibly quiet, almost no noisy crowds. The room was immaculately clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly at night. The staff didn't intrude unnecessarily, responded quickly to requests, and had a great sense of professionalism. It doesn't have the overly complex decor of some 'influencer' hotels; it's simple, comfortable, and offers great value for money. It's ideal for anyone looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a peaceful night's rest. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel in Jiangyin for the first time, having visited other Atour locations multiple times. This trip was mainly for a client meeting, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise! Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The convenient location is perfect for business travelers. I look forward to returning to Atour Hotel and hope to see improvements regarding the toilet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to visit again soon!

I booked a king-size room; it was very spacious but had minimal, simple decor. The duvet felt smooth and comfortable, unlike those in other hotels that make you sweat or feel rough from repeated washing. The bed was firm and springy, which my child loved bouncing on. The canteen offered a limited variety of dishes, and the breakfast was pretty much the same both days. There's no delivery robot, so you have to go up and down yourself. The hotel is on a high floor, so waiting for the elevator can take a while. A big plus is the free parking, although spots on P2 can be tight. The location is central, making travel times to various attractions similar, but driving takes at least 20 minutes. There's a MixC mall right next to the hotel, which is convenient for dining.

Room was clean and has a freshly cleaned smell. Always a good sign when hotels are clean. Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room. The downside of the room is that some plug sockets didn’t work. There’s only a total of 3 sockets in the room. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near the subway station and walking distance to Nanchan Street area where there’s a lot of shops. If you’re staying here, remember to come out and see the Nanchan Temple at night. The lights make the temple look magical. Best timing to see it in the evening.

I didn't go to crowded with people on May Day and chose Wuxi to learn to ride horses. The place to learn to ride horses is a few kilometers away from the hotel, plus the Jinjiang brand, I chose here. Overall, the service is good, the environment is quiet, and travel mainly depends on taxis and driving. It is safer to order takeaways and robots will be delivered. The only downside is that the windows of the audio-visual room we booked are semi-obstructed (but there is a prompt when booking this room, I want the audio-visual room to be like this, but watching a movie is good, and the air conditioner is not stuffy), there is one, I see that there are also children with children, But the hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers for children, I hope to prepare a small amount. Breakfast is a bit simpler, and a little more people can't keep up. But overall it is satisfactory, I will stay here next time.

This is my second time staying at the Wuxi Grand Hotel. It's an older hotel with older facilities, but the transportation is convenient and the price is affordable. Dining options are also good. Overall, I still think it's a good place to stay. I have a suggestion for the hotel, especially now that more elderly travelers are staying in hotels. For their safety, I recommend adding rooms with walk-in showers. Currently, showering in a bathtub with an overhead shower is not safe for seniors; it's difficult for them to step in and out, the tub and floor can be slippery, and there are no grab bars. This really needs improvement. Once that's addressed, I'll definitely come back to the Wuxi Grand Hotel.
