Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded our room. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious, with a balcony offering stunning views of Taihu Lake. The hotel has everything you could ask for: hot springs, a swimming pool, and even a cinema. Breakfast was also fantastic. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Wuxi.

My stay at the Shuxiang Shijia Hotel Wuxi Jiangnan University branch was truly impressive. The hotel perfectly blends the aroma of flowers with a scholarly ambiance, and its location is excellent, right opposite the South Gate of Jiangnan University and next to a subway station, making travel very convenient. The most commendable aspect was the meticulous service. My main purpose for visiting Wuxi was to see Yuantouzhu. The front desk staff, Xiao Yang, proactively inquired about my itinerary and enthusiastically helped me book Yuantouzhu tickets, saving me the hassle of buying them myself and greatly facilitating my trip. Furthermore, the hotel environment is tranquil and elegant, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. From the complimentary welcome fruit to the proactive offer of various assistance, it all reflects the unique warmth of the 'Shuxiang Shijia' brand. This hotel is undoubtedly an ideal place to stay when exploring Wuxi, especially for visiting attractions like Yuantouzhu.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. They provided fresh fruit every day, and a different 'Night Rest Warm Meal' each evening, which was a lovely touch. The environment was great, and the service was attentive and always met my needs. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi. I really didn't want to leave, it was so comfortable! 😊

The hotel is very close to the airport and Yuantouzhu Scenic Area. The environment is nice, but the room lighting is dim. The facilities include advanced wireless charging and a smart toilet, but the air conditioning is old. If you stay for one night, you can order breakfast. If you stay for several days, there is no need to order breakfast continuously because the meals are pretty much the same every day, and you don't have the appetite to eat them continuously. There are no noodles at all. Is this really considered part of the Jiangzhe region?
