Yangdabaodebao001I picked this hotel at random and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The infinity pool was absolutely amazing! We'll definitely be back in the fall/winter seasons, and the kids had a fantastic time. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and even the toothbrush and toothpaste were of excellent quality. These small details really show how much thought the hotel puts into its guests' experience.

This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

This time, I came to a resort hotel deep in the mountains with my family. The environment is so beautiful, like a paradise. I especially like the landscaping design and layout here. It seems that every flower is planted in the right place, elegant but not gaudy. Each pool is a different view. Although I didn't see the blooming irises, it was not easy to appreciate five colors of irises at the same time.
This is a hotel that is low-key and luxurious in terms of decoration style and garden design, which left a deep impression on me.

Guest UserHighly recommend! It's practically next to Wuxi Station, and I think the hotel's second floor even has a direct passage to Wuxi Station Square.
**Location:** Convenient and very visible. Even if you're a bit disoriented after leaving Wuxi Station, you can just look up and spot the hotel building.
**Room:** Simple yet cozy, and quite spacious, perfect for family trips. It has a vent window, so you can open it for ventilation. You can see high-speed trains passing by outside and hear the station announcements. The noise isn't from the high-speed trains – they mostly stop at night – but from cars outside; they really drive around even in the middle of the night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing earplugs.
The shower was comfortable, the bed was big enough, and there was even a recliner. Oh, and don't put boiling hot water in the glass cups, they will crack.
**Service:** Excellent! The front desk staff saw that there were three of us and gave us three drink vouchers. After 8 AM, you can go to the beverage cart in the lobby to pick your preferred drink. I had sparkling water, and they also offered coffee, etc.
**Breakfast:** Also good, with both Chinese and Western options. My parents said the tofu skin rolls (baiye bao) were delicious, steeped in chicken broth, and you could add them to noodles – very fresh. There's also milk tea that you can prepare yourself.

TiantianxiangshangdexiaochashaoWe got a free room upgrade, and it was really spacious with a well-designed bathroom. The afternoon tea that came with our package was great; the staff member was so attentive to the kids and even customized their drinks. The kids' play area and pottery making were a lot of fun. Breakfast was plentiful, and the dining area was huge, so it never felt crowded even with many people. Room service was very prompt and responsive to all our needs, especially with the kids. There's a shuttle bus to Yaohu Town and the water park, and as a guest, we had unlimited access, which made for a very enjoyable holiday. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

I brought my parents to Wuxi for a visit and found this hotel on Ctrip. It is very cost-effective. What attracts me most is that pets can be brought in, which is very convenient. The hotel is in a prime location, convenient for travel, and the overall stay experience is also very good. The hotel covers a large area, the lobby and rooms are very spacious, the facilities are also new, and the supporting facilities are complete, which makes it very comfortable to live in. Special thanks to Geng Xiaolan, the assistant manager of the lobby, for her warm and thoughtful service. The location of the room originally arranged by the front desk was not ideal. Manager Geng helped me coordinate a room change as soon as possible, and I was very satisfied with the final room. It was a very pleasant stay experience and I would recommend it to my friends!

Guest UserEverything was great, from start to finish. The package deal was a real bargain, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved having both a bathtub and a shower, so you could choose whichever you preferred. The small shuttle bus was convenient. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of dishes. You can even watch the ducks and feed the fish, which was a nice touch. Parking was easy and hassle-free. The grand fireworks show at Nianhua Bay at 6:30 PM was truly spectacular. I also bought a blind box for 59, and it turned out to be a coffee shop puzzle, which was perfect for a rainy day!

I had specifically noted my request beforehand, hoping for two adjoining rooms as I was traveling with a child. Instead, they gave me two rooms on opposite ends of the floor, the furthest apart possible. After speaking with the front desk, they promptly moved one room right next door. This whole episode could have been avoided if they had paid attention to guests' special requests in the first place.
The hotel's room amenities and decor are very nice, and the location is also excellent. My family was initially very happy and we even thought about making this our go-to hotel whenever we visit Wuxi. However, to our dismay, the air conditioning was practically useless. Our room had no windows and was incredibly stuffy. Coincidentally, the day we checked in, the temperature rose. It was 28 degrees Celsius in the room at night, and with the soft bed and thick duvet, sleeping was impossible. I reported it to the front desk, but even the maintenance staff couldn't do anything; the hotel just turned on the fresh air system. As a result, my elderly family member had to spend the night in the lobby, and my child tossed and turned all night, drenched in sweat.
I reported the situation again the next day, but the promised callback never materialized. However, I do appreciate that they extended our check-out time so my child could nap. If the hotel's air conditioning continues to be this bad, I wouldn't recommend staying here. This has been the worst hotel experience I've had in years.

Guest UserThis hotel was the best one we stayed at during our trip to Wuxi. It's one of Accor's better properties. The rooms are very spacious, and while some are conversions of old residences, the renovation is exceptionally new. During the May Day holiday, there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer for the buffet, and the food was incredibly exquisite. I even saw the F&B manager discussing the ideal temperature for the smoked fish with the chef, which showed great dedication. The marinated dishes were particularly authentic. Plus, the hotel is right in the ancient town, with several direct access points to the scenic area.

Guest UserThe拈花湾 scenic area is beautiful, and the butler service from the staff was really great! After registering at the scenic area, we were taken by a dedicated car directly to the guesthouse entrance, and the guesthouse butler even helped us with our luggage. Although we only had a one-day trip, the butler was very thoughtful, sending WeChat messages constantly to remind us what time we could visit which attractions. So considerate!
