QQiwenhouStayed at such a new hotel for the first time. The front desk girl is warm and thoughtful. The room is clean and bright. The bathroom is very private and has a general door. This way, you will not be seen after taking a shower. After all, the twin room that lives with you may be a colleague, friend or girlfriend. Family room elders and younger children also need privacy. The surrounding area is the business circle, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. If you can increase late check-out until 14:00, it will be more humane. In general, I will choose this one next time I come to Wuxi.

GGuest UserTraveling with kids during spring break, this Holiday Inn Express was perfectly located. It's not far from the attractions, and right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Before check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was huge, with two separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, offering great privacy. Excellent value for money!

AAixubaobaoI have to give full marks to the front desk at this Hanting hotel! The service was professional and incredibly warm, they answered every question, and their efficiency was top-notch. The hotel's location is superb, just a 2-minute walk to Nanchan Temple Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Ddoo0507The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, they were very helpful in finding a solution for us. Since we visited on a weekend, we were able to park next to China Telecom. We originally booked a superior room, but it felt a bit dark and the lighting wasn't great. We spoke to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room, which was great! The bedding at Atour is, as always, incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was also good, with all the basic offerings.

GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the door, there was a homemade coffee drink delivered, the front desk service was very good and welcoming! I booked a twin room, large, clean, with a separate cloakroom, luggage room, toilet and bath separate rooms, which did not affect each other! Breakfast is rich, Chinese and Western styles are required, very rich. White porridge is also provided to 11.00 in the evening! There are Impressionhui shopping malls around, and there are many restaurants in the commercial street. There are more teppanyaki in Japan! There are also many hot pots! very good!

JJinKeunThe staff were friendly and helpful. However, due to the nature of Chinese walls, the paint on the ceiling was peeling, which needs to be addressed.

BBuzaijiadeliutiaofeiziI didn't go to crowded with people on May Day and chose Wuxi to learn to ride horses. The place to learn to ride horses is a few kilometers away from the hotel, plus the Jinjiang brand, I chose here. Overall, the service is good, the environment is quiet, and travel mainly depends on taxis and driving. It is safer to order takeaways and robots will be delivered. The only downside is that the windows of the audio-visual room we booked are semi-obstructed (but there is a prompt when booking this room, I want the audio-visual room to be like this, but watching a movie is good, and the air conditioner is not stuffy), there is one, I see that there are also children with children, But the hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers for children, I hope to prepare a small amount. Breakfast is a bit simpler, and a little more people can't keep up. But overall it is satisfactory, I will stay here next time.

Good
3320660****The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.
CCha❤️❤️❤️❤️I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.
TTennykakaStayed in Wuxi for three days and wanted to experience a historic hotel. The lobby was very distinctive, and the room was spacious. The construction site next door was closed for the New Year's Day holiday, and the hotel even thoughtfully warned about potential noise from it. The mattress was super comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, probably also because I was so tired from all the activities. The only downside was that food deliveries weren't brought up by a robot, so I had to go down to pick them up every time. There's a great soup dumpling place nearby, and the roasted chestnuts from the shop right outside are delicious too.
