I stayed at Wuxi Donghu Hotel on the second day of the Chinese New Year. The concierge was warm, polite and considerate, making us feel at home. The front desk lady was also very nice. Seeing that I was with my children, she told me that the hotel would have a fireworks show at 7:30 pm, and gave me a room with a C-position balcony, where we could watch the fireworks show. The food at Qichangxuan Chinese Restaurant was also delicious. Due to the weather, I stayed in the original room for another night. I went to Yuantouzhu for sightseeing on the third day.

Regarding the room, I have to give it a big thumbs up! The room is spacious, bright, well-equipped, and super clean! Especially the bed, with moderate softness and hardness, which allowed me to sleep until dawn. Moreover, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room allow you to enjoy the beautiful scenery, which is great! The hotel's service is also first-class. The front desk employee Xiao Chen is warm and thoughtful, making me feel like I'm at home. The hotel breakfast recommended by Xiao Chen is rich in variety and delicious, making me look forward to the morning. The underground garage is very large and has many municipal charging spaces, making it very convenient for drivers who drive trams to charge. In general, Wuxi Ruiting Xijiao Hotel is a very recommended hotel. It is a good choice whether it is a business trip or a family vacation. We loved the look and location of the hotel and the views of here breathtaking, the only negative comment I have is that it did not have air con, have never been in a 5 star hotel without aircon and it was so hot during the night. Otherwise I can not stop praising this hotel and recommend it to anyone that want to be close to a good mall the subway and the park.

Everything is good , clean, and well maintained. I really enjoyed staying there. Hotel staff was so polite to me.

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

This is my first time staying in Wuxi. The front desk was very welcoming, especially Xiaoye and Xiaozhu, who checked me in quickly and directed me to the elevator! The sanitation is in line with Hilton standards, very clean and very good! The facilities are relatively new and simple!

I must say that I am truly impressed with this hotel. The price was excellent. The service was really fantastic. The manager even walked me to my room and helped me get the Wifi all set etc. What a nice staff. They always made sure I had tons of water and coffee. I was invited to a nice breakfast and they really look great care of me here. The location is nice with plenty of things around. The bed was really great and I slept a much needed 10.5 hours. The earplugs were a really nice touch but the floor I was on was quiet and the city pleasant. Great shower, sink etc. The guest laundry was really helpful. I took advantage, and had a workout in the hotel gym while my clothes were washing. I must say that this hotel has thought of everything. I would definitely stay here again.
