Wuxi Hotels with Pools

I'm giving this hotel five stars primarily because of its incredibly convenient location. It's right next to the high-speed train station, making transportation a breeze with a subway and bus station nearby. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and shopping is super easy. The hotel's service quality is excellent, with staff who are polite and friendly. The entire hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a positive vibe. They also have great fitness facilities, including an indoor heated pool. The breakfast spread at the restaurant offers a good variety and tastes quite delicious.

The room was very spacious, definitely the best value-for-money hotel in Yaohu Town. The included benefits were also comprehensive. The hotel itself is quite large, and it's easy to get lost inside. This time, I brought my family, and the hotel specially arranged a room close to the elevator, which was great. The only regret was that I didn't book the travel photoshoot in advance, so there were no slots left, and I missed out. For a five-star hotel, the overall quality of the breakfast was a bit average, although it was very abundant. The quality of the ingredients was rather ordinary.

A special thanks to Anna at the hotel for her warm, thoughtful, and patient service during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in coordinating all my requests and responded promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll be staying here again!

Facilities: Generally poor 1. The toilet design is impractical, there are no disposable seat covers, and it's not clean. 2. The water from the bathtub was yellow. 3. The hairdryer was incredibly noisy and poor quality. 4. The carpet felt quite dirty, as if it hadn't been disinfected. Service: Very mediocre, especially the front desk. 1. When the bathtub water was yellow, I called the front desk. They offered a bath bag, but that doesn't relate to or solve the yellow water problem. 2. My charging cable wasn't working, so I specifically went to the front desk to get a new one. A staff member noted down my room number and said an attendant would bring it up, but it never arrived, even by checkout. It felt very perfunctory. 3. The pool and gym were difficult to find. I took the elevator behind the electronic screen near the front desk down to B1, which was the underground parking. When I went back up to ask the front desk, they insisted I was in the wrong place, saying it was B2 parking. I eventually found another elevator myself. The front desk was very unprofessional and impatient, clearly unfamiliar with their own hotel layout.

An Unforgettable Luxury Stay at Wuxi Nianhuawan! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the elegance and tranquility of this hotel. The property is immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in every corner reflects true luxury. A special thank you to Yu Canping, whose warm welcome and impeccable service made us feel like VIPs from the very first minute. Her hospitality truly set the tone for a perfect stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast were superb—without a doubt the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also loved every moment of the night performance—it was magical! Strolling through the streets, browsing local crafts, and picking up unique gifts added so much charm to the experience. And the scenery? Absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with top-tier service. We can’t wait to return!

This hotel's designer must have a profound misunderstanding of human beings. Here are a few examples: Exiting the elevator, I looked around for the room number signs, but couldn't find them. Then, I leaned closer and saw an exemplary 'energy-saving' notice... What would it hurt to install a light to help guests out? The bathroom doesn't even have an outlet for a hairdryer! The design actually expects you to blow dry your hair in the bedroom!! Is this designer *******? If not, then won't hair inevitably fall onto the bed? I ended up blow-drying my hair in the kitchen. Both bedside lamps can only be turned on and off together. Which couple always goes to bed and wakes up at the exact same time? ...It's truly beyond words, even three times the words wouldn't suffice. I can't even begin to express it all. On the other hand, the staff's service was excellent; that definitely deserves praise. Thank you!

I saw online that the hotel had a garden and a pool, but when I arrived, the pool wasn't open. I asked the front desk and they said it wouldn't open until July, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel lobby had a garden-like style, and there's a shuttle service, which is great for people without a car. The room was generally clean, and there was a free Hanfu experience. The small garden was perfect for photos, and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was also good. When I checked out, the front desk even asked if I wanted a bottle of water for the road. Overall, the price was reasonable, and the service was good. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

This is my second time staying at the Lokas Hotel Wuxi. I first came when it just opened, and the room types are fantastic. The two-bedroom suite is spacious and comes with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine with a dryer, perfect for a longer stay. The location is great, not far from Nanchang Street and Nanchansi Temple. If it's too hot during the day, you can swim in the hotel's pool, which has good water quality and isn't crowded. Xiao Zhang (who seemed like a manager) handled my check-in with a great attitude. He also told me where breakfast was and the quicker way to get to the serviced apartments. When I checked out, he even gave me a lovely fridge magnet. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything tastes delicious. I finally tried the famous fried fish noodles, and there's a small sesame ball that's also very tasty with lots of sesame filling. The juice isn't watered down either, and the waitstaff clear tables very efficiently. All the staff I encountered had excellent attitudes, and the cleaning ladies would greet you too. I'll definitely stay at Lokas again when I come to Wuxi!

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our trip to Wuxi. It's one of Accor's better properties. The rooms are very spacious, and while some are conversions of old residences, the renovation is exceptionally new. During the May Day holiday, there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer for the buffet, and the food was incredibly exquisite. I even saw the F&B manager discussing the ideal temperature for the smoked fish with the chef, which showed great dedication. The marinated dishes were particularly authentic. Plus, the hotel is right in the ancient town, with several direct access points to the scenic area.

This is my second time staying at the Wuxi Grand Hotel. It's an older hotel with older facilities, but the transportation is convenient and the price is affordable. Dining options are also good. Overall, I still think it's a good place to stay. I have a suggestion for the hotel, especially now that more elderly travelers are staying in hotels. For their safety, I recommend adding rooms with walk-in showers. Currently, showering in a bathtub with an overhead shower is not safe for seniors; it's difficult for them to step in and out, the tub and floor can be slippery, and there are no grab bars. This really needs improvement. Once that's addressed, I'll definitely come back to the Wuxi Grand Hotel.
