前台的張先生服務態度好，很專業，客服服務也很及時，酒店的游泳池非常乾淨，救生員小哥哥特別專業和熱情。酒店唯一不足的就是沒有小童牙刷和拖鞋

酒店位置不錯，新建的酒店，設施也是比較新，朋友一起旅行，特意訂了一間套房，聊天喝茶比較方便！酒店衞生也是蠻乾淨，服務優良，下次還會再來！

千挑萬選的酒店結果非常失望：1、老兩口度假特意選了陽台房，結果陽台是全封閉的還裝了個浴盆，失去陽台作用；2、這幾天無錫挺熱，導致房內温度近三十度，由於窗户不能打開，看到中央空調模式為製冷，想開空調降降温，結果開了半天毫無用處，問了前台答應聯繫工程部，結果回覆這時節還未到製冷的時候！3、第二天出門去了景點，接到酒店電話説要幫我們換房間解決沒空調的問題。開始還蠻高興的，晚餐前回到酒店卻被告知，因為熱水管道維修（不是市政停水）要停熱水才要求換房間的，當然前台、公關、銷售都來解釋原因，並主動提出第二天房費減半等措施。但提供調換的房間是服務公寓的，陽台就別想了，可能有段時間沒使用或裝修味道未清除，空氣質量極差。。。酒店方面也拿不出更多建議，我們衹能接受仍按攜程價結一天房費離開該店另找住處。我們到是很快整理行李門卡還到前台，之前3-4個人圍着你現在連影子都不見更沒一句道歉的意思。以前從未給過酒店差評，這次想想還是要提醒一下大家，這家酒店慎選！！！
