"Staying at the Ruffle Hotel felt like being on top of the city. The room was spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the sparkling city lights at night â truly mesmerizing! The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated! There was a large bathtub in the room, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. The king-sized bed was also a fantastic experience, incredibly comfortable! The room was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning lady was very friendly. I felt right at home here; the attention to detail was impeccable, making it the perfect sanctuary during my trip. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!"

GGuest UserTraveling with kids during spring break, this Holiday Inn Express was perfectly located. It's not far from the attractions, and right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Before check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was huge, with two separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, offering great privacy. Excellent value for money!

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Angela, who checked us in, was incredibly warm and attentive. She upgraded our room and even arranged breakfast for our early morning checkout. She was always happy to answer any questions we had, and we're very grateful. The room was clean and hygienic, with a smart layout, and the bed was so comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay these past few days. Breakfast was excellent too. The location is incredibly convenient â just cross the street from the hotel entrance and you're at the subway station, making it super easy to get to Huishan Old Town and Jiangnan University. The rooftop gym is beautiful and spotless, and has enough equipment for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel!

MManbingquantangAlthough I only stayed for two nights, it was definitely a very satisfying trip. I sincerely recommend that you stay in the mountains when you come to Yixing. The air is very fresh. Elderly people say that breathing fresh air relieves their throat discomfort a lot.
The hotel's service is very enthusiastic. From the first day of check-in, the room was upgraded for free and the impression was very good. The staff were very enthusiastic. The elder was not used to sleeping on soft pillows and thick quilts, so he immediately replaced them with summer thin quilts and buckwheat pillows after the communication the next day.
Because there was no takeout available in the city, and I was too lazy to go out to find a farmhouse, I had dinner at the hotel. I ordered hot pepper tofu for two days in a row. The tofu in the mountains didnât have any beany smell at all, and I was very happy with it. Free yogurt was also given in the evening. Before leaving, I was also given special black rice.
Another major feature of the hotel is the hot spring, which is also very comfortable. Because I went out to play in the morning and soaked in the evening for two consecutive days, the fatigue of the day was relieved.

GGuest UserChecked in on a Thursday at this hotel located within the scenic area, and overall, the experience was quite disappointing with poor value for money.
First, the positives: The hotel staff provided good service. When we were assigned a room with an unpleasant smell, they promptly helped us switch rooms after we reported it, handling the issue quite efficiently.
Now, the main complaint â the food: The hotel's activity package dinner cost 258 RMB for two people, and over 500 RMB for four. The dishes were generally perfunctory and poorly prepared, with more than half of them seemingly just there to fill space. The ingredients tasted mediocre; the salmon, in particular, had a poor taste and texture. The entire dining experience was very underwhelming. The only highlight was the swordfish wontons, which tasted decent â one of the few bright spots. The breakfast buffet had limited variety and choices, hardly enough to meet daily dining needs.
Regarding the experience at the Nianhua Bay scenic area: The overall visit felt bland and uninteresting, with very little to see or do. The much-anticipated drone show was too short, ending abruptly and leaving us wanting more, which was quite disappointing. The scenic area's shuttle bus route was streamlined to only two stops, making it impractical and inconvenient for getting around. Several areas within the park were still under construction, significantly detracting from the overall visitor experience.
In summary, neither the hotel's accommodation and dining nor the scenic area's attractions met our expectations. The ambiance was average, the activities were sparse, and the food and lodging offered poor value for money. Overall, I wouldn't recommend making a special trip to stay and visit here.

GGuest UserHighly recommended! Before checking in, I thought it was an old hotel and didn't have high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room. Although the decor is over 10 years old, all the facilities are of good quality. The furniture, carpets, and bathroom fixtures, though a bit dated, had a better feel than what was shown in the promotional pictures. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent! The cleaning was very thorough, and the room had fresh air with no strange odors (no old room smell). The room also offered an open view and was quiet!
The front desk and restaurant staff I encountered during my stay were very helpful and efficient in handling requests and resolving issues. You could tell they were well-trained!
Considering the location, service, and quality, it offers great value for money!
Suggestions for improvement: There was only one tissue box at the washbasin. I recommend placing another one in the bedroom area. Also, it might be a good idea to periodically check the seals in the shower and toilet partitions, as there was a minor leak one day.

From pre-arrival communication to check-out, the butler responded very promptly, and their attitude was kind and professional. Any requests, such as needing extra towels or drinking water, were met with quick responses and properly handled by both the butler and housekeeping staff.
The overall room environment was very comfortable, and the room's hygiene was excellent! The floors, tabletops, and bathroom were spotless. The window let in a lot of natural light, making the entire room bright and airy with an expansive view, which really boosted my mood.
Front desk check-in was efficient, and they even provided a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor with a more beautiful view.
Overall, the hotel service was great, and I had a very pleasant stay!

I stayed at Wuxi Nianhua Bay Lianhua Bay Inn during the cherry blossom season, and my overall experience was great. The inn generously upgraded our room for free, which came with a large balcony overlooking the main street of the scenic area â the view was absolutely fantastic.
Upon entering the park, electric carts are available to transport guests and their luggage directly to the inn's doorstep, making the entire process effortless. The inn manager was very kind and even helped us carry our luggage up to the second floor. The room decor was minimalist, and while the facilities weren't brand new, the value for money was perfectly acceptable for the price.
The inn boasts an excellent location right on the scenic area's main street. It's a two-minute walk to Nianhua Tower and another two minutes to the performance pool, making it incredibly convenient for catching shows. In fact, it was even more convenient than the Duo Luomi Hotel within the scenic area.
However, I did encounter a minor issue: the staff's knowledge about the scenic area's attractions wasn't very detailed. When we asked about the best spots for viewing cherry blossoms, the manager could only give us a general area, not precise directions. On a rainy day, when we inquired about the drone show schedule, they only mentioned a risk of cancellation and advised us to scan a QR code for details. The next day, we asked a different manager about the cherry blossoms in Luming Valley, and they frankly admitted they had never been there and couldn't answer, only suggesting we take the small train.
I had assumed the inn could help reserve tickets for the small train, but we were told tickets had to be purchased at the station after 9 AM. We spent two hours enjoying the cherry blossoms first, only to arrive at the station at 9 AM and find ticketing hadn't started yet. The ticket booth didn't open until 10 AM, and tickets weren't actually distributed until 10:30 AM. Thankfully, we eventually got on the small train to Luming Valley, and the experience was surprisingly delightful. It was filled with birdsong and floral fragrance, with very few tourists, allowing us to almost have the entire cherry blossom forest to ourselves. Enjoying the scenery with wind chimes and birdsong created a unique and tranquil atmosphere that you wouldn't find at more popular spots.
Overall, the manager's service attitude was good, but their professional knowledge regarding the scenic area's attractions was lacking, which felt a bit confusing. Moreover, most staff members in the scenic area provided imprecise directions. I hope they can improve this through further training.
Putting that aside, both the inn and the scenic area are well worth experiencing. The cherry blossoms are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is serene and peaceful. Although I missed the drone show that day, the other live performances were spectacular. The accommodation package included admission to the scenic area, offering excellent value for money. My overall stay was very satisfying.

The rooms are a little old because they were renovated a little longer, but overall the price/performance ratio is very high.
The dogs and cats in the store are so cute that the children can't put them down. I really like the services of this store. It's worth staying for a few days to relax and live a slow life.

The room is also clean. The bath water is large and the temperature is comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is powerful. In addition to the private bath, there is a bathtub on the first floor for bathing. Overall, it is very comfortable and cozy. The private bath came on time at 7 o'clock to waterproof. I soaked in the drizzle for almost an hour. Dinner is also worth recommending. It was very delicious and I had two meals. The sauerkraut and pork intestines and lotus root dumplings were surprising. They were at the level of a big chef and a big hotel. It is not easy for the kitchen of a homestay to have this level. There is no pre-prepared food to fool people. The ingredients are real. đ Finally, there is the festive atmosphere. Many guests brought their dogs, and we set off fireworks together at night. It was a very unforgettable trip~
