The hotel staff provided exceptionally good and warm service. Before check-in, I was worried that my parents might disturb each other in a twin room (my father has asthma and night coughs), so the hotel butler kindly added an extra bed in the living room, perfectly addressing my retired father's preference for sleeping alone. Knowing it was my birthday, the hotel and restaurants decorated the entire place, and the hotel even gave me a cake! A wonderful surprise! The hotel restaurant service was also top-notch. Thank you to the lovely ladies at the Italian restaurant for bringing a special cake for my dog ​​with kidney problems – so thoughtful! The breakfast staff even brought the food to my table – the service was truly amazing! Throughout my stay, the butler service was prompt. There were three minor drawbacks: 1. Upon check-in, I noticed a beeping sound in the room. The maintenance staff arrived immediately and explained that the sound was from a device used to detect occupancy because there was no card for power. The sound couldn't be fixed. However, the sound disappeared after turning off all the bedroom lights at night. 2. The hotel lacks some small activities; most are expensive, such as paddleboarding. Given the hotel's somewhat remote location, I suggest adding more recreational activities. 3. The hotel still charges 100 yuan per hour for fishing even when guests bring their own fishing gear. I've seen other guests' reviews mentioning this; given the accommodation standard at this price point, shouldn't the fee be more flexible? Had a fantastic experience, this is my second stay here. It offers great value for money, especially considering it's a holiday period and the price increase wasn't significant. The key is that the hotel was built in 2021, so it's still very new. Nearby 5-star hotels are much more expensive and older, some even feeling a bit dated. The breakfast selection is quite rich, pretty much offering everything you'd expect. The hotel's facilities and amenities are excellent, and the room was cleaned very well. Overall, the service is great. The grand, open lobby is visually appealing and makes for a very comfortable experience. Definitely worth checking out!✌️

I booked a garden-view room but was upgraded to a premium lake-view room. The lake and mountains were breathtaking from the window. The breakfast selection was rich every morning, and we enjoyed the hot springs in the afternoon. There were over a dozen pools, some with additives and some with plain water, plus a hot stone bed and a steam room. After soaking in various pools, a session in the steam room was incredibly relaxing. Our butler, Sister Xiaowei, reminded us daily to keep our room stocked with drinks, fruit, and dry towels, and even suggested daily sightseeing routes. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home.

It was raining in Jiangyin on the night of the 19th. Around 7:50 AM on the 20th, the tile floor in the lobby wasn't properly anti-slip. I fell in the lobby and my elbow really hurt. I sat there for a while, but no one came to check on me. I really wanted to complain then, but due to time constraints, I just let it go. Luckily, I exercise a lot, so my bones are pretty strong, otherwise, you'd have been in for a lot of trouble.

A special thanks to Anna at the hotel for her warm, thoughtful, and patient service during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in coordinating all my requests and responded promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll be staying here again!

This is my second time staying at the Lokas Hotel Wuxi. I first came when it just opened, and the room types are fantastic. The two-bedroom suite is spacious and comes with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine with a dryer, perfect for a longer stay. The location is great, not far from Nanchang Street and Nanchansi Temple. If it's too hot during the day, you can swim in the hotel's pool, which has good water quality and isn't crowded. Xiao Zhang (who seemed like a manager) handled my check-in with a great attitude. He also told me where breakfast was and the quicker way to get to the serviced apartments. When I checked out, he even gave me a lovely fridge magnet. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything tastes delicious. I finally tried the famous fried fish noodles, and there's a small sesame ball that's also very tasty with lots of sesame filling. The juice isn't watered down either, and the waitstaff clear tables very efficiently. All the staff I encountered had excellent attitudes, and the cleaning ladies would greet you too. I'll definitely stay at Lokas again when I come to Wuxi!

The experience at Sheraton Jiangyin Huangjia exceeded my expectations, especially thanks to Luna at the front desk! Even with a busy lobby, she remained incredibly kind and processed my check-in efficiently. She patiently answered all my questions about dining, florists, and transportation, and proactively offered helpful local tips. The room was clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing. Her genuine and thoughtful service really enhanced my trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 👍

First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving me directions. The cleaning lady greeted me warmly, and the young lady at the restaurant proactively came to collect my meal ticket. Overall, the service was excellent! However, the cleanliness was just so-so. There was a clump of hair from a previous guest (judging by the amount of hair, it belonged to a woman) on the bathroom drain—not just a few strands, but a whole roll. There was also clutter in the locker. Secondly, after showering, there was a constant dripping sound from the bathroom for over half an hour, making it impossible for me to sleep. The breakfast, as shown in the picture, frankly, didn't offer a very extensive selection.

I've run the Jiangyin Half Marathon for three consecutive years, hitting a personal best each time, and this year I even scored a 126th place finish! For that alone, it deserves five stars. The room was quiet and clean, with a nice decor. The surrounding area also has convenient transportation.

The room was clean and tidy, bright and spacious, with a wide variety of breakfasts and great taste. The service is warm, there is a landscape park around, you can breathe fresh air in the morning and relax. Very suitable for business trips.
