This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

The overall environment and facilities are pretty good, definitely commendable. The staff provided quality service even during the Spring Festival, which is great. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's hardware is a bit old; the air conditioning unit is quite bulky, and when the bathroom's ceiling and wall lights are on at the same time, there's a noticeable and jarring electrical buzzing sound. I hope they can improve this in the future. The kids' play area is fantastic. Overall, it's worth recommending.

Guest UserThe courtyard is lush and green. The large living room has glass walls on all four sides, nestled among green bamboo, making it a very pleasant place to sit and drink tea. It's perfect for relaxing, chatting, and gazing at the mountains and forests.

ChuzhouzuiwengtingThis stay experience is full! The front desk environment is clean and comfortable, the room is clean and spacious, the layout is warm, and the living is particularly comfortable. The whole service was super intimate and thoughtful, the staff was warm and patient, and also took the initiative to recommend the surrounding must-check-in attractions and authentic food in detail. It was practical to avoid pits and travel. The service is still warm and thoughtful when checking out, the whole experience is excellent, the price is super high, I will choose this next time, I have recommended it to my friends!

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Nanfang Street. The hotel isn't right on the main road, which makes it wonderfully quiet at night. And the room design! It's so stylish and really gave me some ideas for remodeling small spaces, LOL. The space utilization is brilliant! It has everything you could need: a mini-bar, a bathtub, a coffee machine, and a safe, hahahaha. Breakfast was great too! :)

Guest UserCame to Wuxi for a business trip and some relaxation, and stayed at the Snow Wave Songpin Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review!
First, the environment. The hotel has a new Chinese garden style, with pavilions, waterside platforms, and beautiful scenery at every step, full of Jiangnan charm. The room was very spacious, and the courtyard view offered great privacy. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
The most commendable aspect was our butler, Helen! From pre-check-in communication to check-out, Helen was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. She proactively arranged airport pickup and check-in before our arrival, and upon reaching the hotel, she took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. Any requests I had during my stay were met with an almost instant response via WeChat. Her responsiveness and service awareness were exceptional. At check-out, she even thoughtfully presented a farewell gift, which was a lovely gesture.
Regarding other facilities, the breakfast offered a rich variety, and the Wuxi xiaolongbao and Aozhao noodles were quite authentic. The hotel's location right next to Sunac Land made it very convenient to visit Sunac Mall for shopping and dining.
In summary, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuxi and will recommend it to my friends. Helen's service was truly the highlight of the entire stay. Thank you, Helen, for your dedicated hospitality! 🌸

The shuttle service to and from Nianhua Bay was very convenient, and the surroundings were lovely. The bedding and towels were spotless, and the room had no strange odors. To my surprise, the shampoo and conditioner were quite good! We traveled during the off-peak season, checking in two days before Chinese New Year, so there were fewer people and the price was cheaper. However, there were very few staff members at night, it seemed like only one person at the front desk who also handled deliveries. The wallpaper definitely needs replacing, it's quite old. The pool was very clean, but unfortunately, we couldn't swim in it. It would probably be open in the summer, which would be great!

The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

Guest UserVery satisfied, it is very easy to find on the roadside, free parking at the door, and plenty of parking spaces. The rest is good value for money, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. After the hotel comes out, turn left and there is a community convenience canteen on the small road. It is clean, hygienic, cheap and delicious. There are many types of special cost-effective. The room size is moderate, the bedding is also very clean, praise!
