The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It's close to the airport, so you can sometimes hear planes, but the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing for a late check-out. They also gave us a small gift when we left. The restaurant staff were also excellent. Overall, a great stay.

Pros: 🔹 **Outstanding service:** They proactively offer welcome fruits, and there's a male manager in particular who handles issues very promptly and appropriately. He also actively seeks feedback from guests. 🔹 **Large, new, and clean hotel:** It looks like it opened in December of last year (2025). The rooms are spacious and new, and you don't have to worry about excessive formaldehyde. The decor is also very attractive. 🔹 **Amazingly soundproof:** This is what I care about most when staying at a hotel. I heard absolutely no noise from the hallway or next door, which is truly rare and fantastic. 🔹 **Good location:** Although it's not directly next to tourist attractions, nothing is far away. I came from Yixing by Xi-Yi Express Bus, then took a taxi to the city's attractions, and later from the hotel to the airport. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle, with taxi rides costing around ten to twenty-something [RMB] for all trips. Cons: 🔹 **Machine noise:** The side where my originally booked business king room was located had a high-frequency noise from a machine on the adjacent building's rooftop. It was quite noticeable even with the windows closed. After discussing it, they immediately helped me upgrade and switch rooms. Once I moved to the other side, there were no issues. (So, the first two pictures are of the business king room, and the last one is of the upgraded twin room after changing rooms.) 🔹 **AC abnormal noise:** The air conditioner makes a loud noise when it stops after reaching the set temperature and when it restarts. I reported it to the hotel, and they said it was a fan issue that they would fix later.

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel in Jiangyin for the first time, having visited other Atour locations multiple times. This trip was mainly for a client meeting, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise! Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The convenient location is perfect for business travelers. I look forward to returning to Atour Hotel and hope to see improvements regarding the toilet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to visit again soon!

I booked a king-size room; it was very spacious but had minimal, simple decor. The duvet felt smooth and comfortable, unlike those in other hotels that make you sweat or feel rough from repeated washing. The bed was firm and springy, which my child loved bouncing on. The canteen offered a limited variety of dishes, and the breakfast was pretty much the same both days. There's no delivery robot, so you have to go up and down yourself. The hotel is on a high floor, so waiting for the elevator can take a while. A big plus is the free parking, although spots on P2 can be tight. The location is central, making travel times to various attractions similar, but driving takes at least 20 minutes. There's a MixC mall right next to the hotel, which is convenient for dining.

I chose this hotel after reading many positive reviews on Ctrip, particularly highlighting Manager Xu Yuan's excellent service. I was fortunate enough to have Xu Yuan assist me with my check-in that evening, and indeed, his service was exceptional. From check-in to guest communication, everything was seamless. He thoroughly explained the member benefits, breakfast times, and what facilities were on each floor. I had booked two rooms, and since I was arriving late, I was concerned they might not be on the same floor. However, Xu Yuan mentioned that as soon as he saw my booking, he immediately reserved two rooms on the same floor for me – truly thoughtful service! His attentive service began even before I arrived at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the soundproofing was good. The high-definition TV allowed for screen casting, the shower pressure was strong, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the hairdryer was powerful. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was pleasant. The hotel's proximity to Plaza 66 is also very convenient. Thumbs up to Xu Yuan's service! Five-star review!

I didn't go to crowded with people on May Day and chose Wuxi to learn to ride horses. The place to learn to ride horses is a few kilometers away from the hotel, plus the Jinjiang brand, I chose here. Overall, the service is good, the environment is quiet, and travel mainly depends on taxis and driving. It is safer to order takeaways and robots will be delivered. The only downside is that the windows of the audio-visual room we booked are semi-obstructed (but there is a prompt when booking this room, I want the audio-visual room to be like this, but watching a movie is good, and the air conditioner is not stuffy), there is one, I see that there are also children with children, But the hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers for children, I hope to prepare a small amount. Breakfast is a bit simpler, and a little more people can't keep up. But overall it is satisfactory, I will stay here next time.

We stayed in this 4 star hotel for 3 nights in 2 superior twin single bed rooms and the overall experience is considerably good in terms of service, price, food, and location. The hotel breakfast quality is good, but variety is limited through out our 3 days stay. The hotel's biggest selling point is their location in which they are located just right in front of the exit 2 of Taihuhuayuan metro station. Therefore, it is super convenient for those who carry big luggages. There are plenty of local dishes restaurants and convenient stores nearby the hotel. It is recommended to stay in this hotel for those who don't wish to pay high cost, yet you can still get decent services. Thank you for the extra breakfast voucher provided upon request.

Had such a great time here! Stayed two nights, it started with a super warm welcome and friendly. Honestly the service is top-tier—the staff are super chill and friendly, it almost feels like a five-star hotel. The place is spotless and actually smells fresh (no dusty hotel air, like other mentioned due to older vibes). Plus, the location is perfect; it’s literally right next to the metro (exit 2). Makes exploring Wuxi like a dream also enough restaurants or bubble tea shops in the metro station to enjoy! A few highlights: • The shower: Seriously amazing. • The bed: Super comfy, no noise from other rooms! • The vibe: Everything felt high-quality and well-kept. Only small thing was the projector, sadly the connection to own phone didn't work or was a very laggy/mediocre, so that could use an upgrade. But overall? I’d definitely can't wait to stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!!

This is my second time staying at the Wuxi Grand Hotel. It's an older hotel with older facilities, but the transportation is convenient and the price is affordable. Dining options are also good. Overall, I still think it's a good place to stay. I have a suggestion for the hotel, especially now that more elderly travelers are staying in hotels. For their safety, I recommend adding rooms with walk-in showers. Currently, showering in a bathtub with an overhead shower is not safe for seniors; it's difficult for them to step in and out, the tub and floor can be slippery, and there are no grab bars. This really needs improvement. Once that's addressed, I'll definitely come back to the Wuxi Grand Hotel.
