JinyougeThe hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the staff's service makes guests feel right at home. It's also very easy to walk to Meili Ancient Town to enjoy the beautiful scenery, both day and night.

Guest UserSummary: Excellent value for money, great service, a new hotel worth staying at.
Pros:
🔹 **Outstanding service:** They proactively offer welcome fruits, and there's a male manager in particular who handles issues very promptly and appropriately. He also actively seeks feedback from guests.
🔹 **Large, new, and clean hotel:** It looks like it opened in December of last year (2025). The rooms are spacious and new, and you don't have to worry about excessive formaldehyde. The decor is also very attractive.
🔹 **Amazingly soundproof:** This is what I care about most when staying at a hotel. I heard absolutely no noise from the hallway or next door, which is truly rare and fantastic.
🔹 **Good location:** Although it's not directly next to tourist attractions, nothing is far away. I came from Yixing by Xi-Yi Express Bus, then took a taxi to the city's attractions, and later from the hotel to the airport. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle, with taxi rides costing around ten to twenty-something [RMB] for all trips.
Cons:
🔹 **Machine noise:** The side where my originally booked business king room was located had a high-frequency noise from a machine on the adjacent building's rooftop. It was quite noticeable even with the windows closed. After discussing it, they immediately helped me upgrade and switch rooms. Once I moved to the other side, there were no issues. (So, the first two pictures are of the business king room, and the last one is of the upgraded twin room after changing rooms.)
🔹 **AC abnormal noise:** The air conditioner makes a loud noise when it stops after reaching the set temperature and when it restarts. I reported it to the hotel, and they said it was a fan issue that they would fix later.

Guest UserTraveling with kids during spring break, this Holiday Inn Express was perfectly located. It's not far from the attractions, and right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Before check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was huge, with two separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, offering great privacy. Excellent value for money!

It's 500 meters from the East Gate of Lingshan.
You can have hot pot in the courtyard.
The room is close to the bamboo grove and has a small balcony, making it quite comfortable.
The service is excellent; when it's not busy, the owner is happy to help with luggage.
The breakfast is simple and home-style, and the auntie is very helpful.
The welcome fruit is also a thoughtful touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, they were very helpful in finding a solution for us. Since we visited on a weekend, we were able to park next to China Telecom. We originally booked a superior room, but it felt a bit dark and the lighting wasn't great. We spoke to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room, which was great! The bedding at Atour is, as always, incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was also good, with all the basic offerings.

As soon as I entered the door, there was a homemade coffee drink delivered, the front desk service was very good and welcoming! I booked a twin room, large, clean, with a separate cloakroom, luggage room, toilet and bath separate rooms, which did not affect each other! Breakfast is rich, Chinese and Western styles are required, very rich. White porridge is also provided to 11.00 in the evening! There are Impressionhui shopping malls around, and there are many restaurants in the commercial street. There are more teppanyaki in Japan! There are also many hot pots! very good!

I didn't go to crowded with people on May Day and chose Wuxi to learn to ride horses. The place to learn to ride horses is a few kilometers away from the hotel, plus the Jinjiang brand, I chose here. Overall, the service is good, the environment is quiet, and travel mainly depends on taxis and driving. It is safer to order takeaways and robots will be delivered. The only downside is that the windows of the audio-visual room we booked are semi-obstructed (but there is a prompt when booking this room, I want the audio-visual room to be like this, but watching a movie is good, and the air conditioner is not stuffy), there is one, I see that there are also children with children, But the hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers for children, I hope to prepare a small amount. Breakfast is a bit simpler, and a little more people can't keep up. But overall it is satisfactory, I will stay here next time.

I've stayed here twice for company annual meetings. The decor is nice and it offers great value for money, making it suitable for business trips. This time, I chose to stay here because I had dinner plans nearby. If you're coming by high-speed rail to Wuxi Station, it's even more convenient as it's just 5 stops away.

Had such a great time here! Stayed two nights, it started with a super warm welcome and friendly. Honestly the service is top-tier—the staff are super chill and friendly, it almost feels like a five-star hotel.
The place is spotless and actually smells fresh (no dusty hotel air, like other mentioned due to older vibes). Plus, the location is perfect; it’s literally right next to the metro (exit 2). Makes exploring Wuxi like a dream also enough restaurants or bubble tea shops in the metro station to enjoy!
A few highlights:
• The shower: Seriously amazing.
• The bed: Super comfy, no noise from other rooms!
• The vibe: Everything felt high-quality and well-kept.
Only small thing was the projector, sadly the connection to own phone didn't work or was a very laggy/mediocre, so that could use an upgrade. But overall? I’d definitely can't wait to stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!!

Stayed in Wuxi for three days and wanted to experience a historic hotel. The lobby was very distinctive, and the room was spacious. The construction site next door was closed for the New Year's Day holiday, and the hotel even thoughtfully warned about potential noise from it. The mattress was super comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, probably also because I was so tired from all the activities. The only downside was that food deliveries weren't brought up by a robot, so I had to go down to pick them up every time. There's a great soup dumpling place nearby, and the roasted chestnuts from the shop right outside are delicious too.
