其他酒店改的亞朵，設施老舊、衞生差（地板臟、枕頭竟然都沒換，有其他顧客的香水味道），但要求換房間時前台態度非常好，一直在致歉；但酒店旁邊修地鐵實在太吵了，最後退房拉下了東西前台態度很好的幫我寄回，但卻是快遞費到付，之前入住其他亞朵也遇到過幫忙寄回東西的情況，卻沒要求付快遞費，不懂你們亞朵的培訓標準到底是什麼
