出來遊玩20天了，最差的一次體驗，前台女接待的服務態度差到不能理解，不知道啥原因，頭天預約好第二天8：30吃早餐，因為行程變更打電話預約到了8點，長者7點多就去問早餐的事了，8點到餐廳都是黑燈瞎火的，等了20多分鐘，在大廳等着，前台説找不到我們，麪都坨了，天吶～整個酒店貌似就我們仨人住，在那裡坐着説找不到我們，美好的心情徹底破碎了，提醒友友們避坑啊，出來遊玩心情最重要，這個酒店根本沒有服務意識，感覺都是客人欠他們的。
