不得不誇一下這個雲和酒店的服務！前台小哥哥小姐姐都非常熱情禮貌，管家也很熱情的幫忙提東西，還很貼心送了不少水果，去拈花灣和大佛都有班車來回接送非常方便，退房時要去大佛，小哥哥拿了幾瓶礦泉水給我，還拿了兩個零食禮包送給小孩子，這次旅途很開心，若以後有機會再去無錫那邊，一定還去這家住

非常熱情，一次不錯的入住，緊靠太湖路空氣非常好。

房間很乾凈服務也很好，離景區很近，住的很舒服，服務很熱情，

To be honest, this is the most satisfactory hotel I have ever stayed in. I have experienced the service that I have never experienced in all the hotels I have stayed in. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock in the afternoon. As soon as we arrived at the door, the staff greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage. At the front desk, a young lady helped us pour a few glasses of cold sour plum juice. It was really hot on this day, and a glass of sweet and sour plum juice was absolutely comfortable. The front desk helped us upgrade the room for free and took us to the room. Because we came here by taxi, they have a shuttle bus to pick us up, which just saved us the trouble of taking a taxi. The best thing is coming, because we went there early and wanted to go back to the hotel early after shopping, so I wanted to call the hotel to ask if we could go back early. The hotel immediately agreed and sent a car to pick us up. How many hotels can provide such good service. When we arrived at the door, someone greeted us and served us white fungus soup, and told us that they had prepared two foot bath buckets for us to relieve fatigue. This really exceeded my expectations. Everything is for the guests. There is one downside, the soundproofing is a bit poor, I could hear the old lady chattering early in the morning, this needs to be improved, the breakfast is also quite rich, everything you need, especially the pumpkin is soft, sticky and sweet, absolutely good. When checking out, the front desk helped us prepare mineral water and snack gift boxes for us to drink on the way, it was really thoughtful, if I hadn't had enough time, I really wanted to stay for two more days, and bring my parents to stay next time, and I hope this hotel will do better and better. 房間非常乾淨，服務也很到位，有免費的早餐和車位，我們早上走的早，5點半退房，趕不上早餐，前台小姐姐送給我們麪包和小點心，水果，礦泉水，讓我們路上吃，真的好貼心

服務沒得説，環境好，訂的複式房，樓上樓下床很大，睡五六個人都沒有問題。拈花灣有班車接送很方便，回來還有銀耳羹喝，真的太棒了，下次去還訂它。
