Everything was amazing. All personnel tried to speak English and were attentive to all of our requests. The food amazing at the restaurant and the hanfu experience iwas unforgettable because the different places where you can take beautiful pictures is diverse within the hotel

It’s a simple hotel but the service is outstanding. The receptionist, the manager and every staff went out of their way to comfort us.

This small hotel provides a very good service . On the day of arrival the manager Yaya sent us direction . There were welcome drinks on arrival and they helped with the suitcase to the room . The facility in the room and hotel was well maintained. The breakfast offered in Chinese and west style. if you are looking for an accommodation out of the rush of Wuxi city, this hotel is definitely to consider.

The hotel is very close to Lingshan Giant Buddha and Nianhua Bay, and there are shuttle buses to the scenic spots. The environment and service of this hotel in the village are very good, and it is also very large, with an outdoor swimming pool. Living here has fresh air and is refreshing.

The service is very good. We checked in early. There was plum juice to drink when we arrived. The room was upgraded from a special king-size bed room to an elegant king-size bed room for free. We also received fruit as a gift. The bathrooms are all Toto. The breakfast is very rich. The restaurant's food is moderately priced and tastes good. The front desk upgraded 2 double rooms to triple rooms, which made it convenient for our family to be together. Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the staff. The hotel environment is quite good, with an antique style. However, there are a lot of bugs on the first floor. The room is also a bit old. But the service is quite good. There is a car directly to Nianhua Bay. When I came back in the evening, I had green bean soup and sour plum soup to drink. When I checked out, I also gave the children snacks.

This time, we chose Yunhe Yebo, which is close to the mountains and rivers, for our family trip. We specially booked a duplex family room, and the bathroom was also separated upstairs and downstairs. I saw some reviews on Ctrip saying that the sound insulation was not very good, so I was a little worried. As a result, I didn’t sleep well at night😊The children especially like the upstairs and downstairs duplex space. The hotel environment and service are very nice. The only regret is that this round of stay happened to coincide with the municipal pipeline maintenance, and the cold water pressure in the upstairs room was not stable. I hope to have a better experience next time😊

The hotel shuttle bus can go to Nianhua Bay and Lingshan Wonderland. When they come back at night, they will thoughtfully prepare sour plum soup and mung bean soup to relieve the heat for everyone. The breakfast tastes good, and the service staff will also take the initiative to supplement the meals. The store also prepared snack gift boxes for the children and packed sour plum soup for each of us. The cups and plastic bags all reflect their little thoughts. The feeling is very good!
